Excellent holiday via Novium Travel, the package fit perfectly with our budget and Steve was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. He was also very knowledgeable of the destination and able to provide good insight.
I found the app containing all the booking details, voucher codes, etc to be well populated and it was great to have the itinerary immediately and consistently accessible.

We wanted a unique North America adventure, and Novium Travel delivered beyond expectations. Their team really knows the destinations and made everything seamless.

Seamless experience, itinerary very clear and concise especially on the app. Steven has extensive knowledge of the travelling industry and it shows. Even when things went wrong (with EasyJet not Novium Travel), Steven had remedied them for me within minutes. Wouldn't use anyone else.

The appartment was very clean and to a high standard. The only issue I had the shower cubicle was very slippery. Apart from that everything was excellent and enough space for 4 adults inside and outside.

Holiday was lovely, the apartments were perfect, they were spacious and very clean. The apartments were close to the supermarket and some restaurants and they were a short drive from the airport.

Booking with Novium was super easy and hassle free. The area and hotel were exactly what we had hoped for, and the app made it really easy to navigate through the holiday from departure to the trip home. Steven was so helpful and knowing he was ready to help whenever we needed it (not that we did) eased any anxiety! Would recommend for your next trip!

Really impressed with Novium!! I had an idea of what I wanted for a holiday, but needed some help with hotels and areas I wanted to visit. Steve was so incredibly helpful, offering up different ideas based on my interests and budget. I wouldn't have blamed him for pulling his hair out with all my questions, but he was the consummate professional. We're all booked for an amazing holiday within our budget, and we cannot wait!
