I have travelled from the UK for this treatment the service has been brilliant, communication all the way through, my driver has picked me up from the airport and done all my pick up and drop offs from the hotel to the clinic, the treatment has been top quality, care and attention put in all the way, explained clearly and I have left feeling even more confident, I will be back once the implants heal for my final smile, all staff have been 5* all the way through, the care and attention to detail has been top class, thanks

Alles falsch gelaufen versprochen Schweizer Implantate,leider wurde türkisch unbekannte Implantat,die Prothesen wurden nach 3-Tage eingesetzt war bei aufklären leider hab ich gedacht ein Zahnarzt war nur ein Management mit Namen mucahid nach 3-4 Monate Kontrolle habe ich gefragt wenn kommt die original Zahnprothese ,dann sagen das wars ,ich war 4x in 2-Jahre Kontrolle und immer habe geklärt das stimmt nicht mit Implantate ,aber immer eine andere Zahnarzt guckt -alles gut
die haben keine interesse genau nach 2-Jahre war erste halbe Prothese gebrochen mit Implantate nach noch mal neue1-i Implantat zweite hälfte oben gebrochen, und jetzt schon risse unten und wieder gebrochen Implantate ,jetzt Behandlung in Heimat die Zahnarzt und Kieferorthopäde überrascht so was macht kein zahn Arzt,ich will wenn die behandlung komplett fertige , wurde ich die Rechnungen über Anwalt überreichen wenn die nicht alle rechnungen Zahlen , wurde ich mit Rechtsanwalt nach Rücksprache Zahnärztekammer Istanbul gerichtliche klage gegen diese Klinik

I came from Los Angeles to do a procedure here in turkey, I did an implant at this amazing clinic. Novusklinik is one of the best when it comes to dental issues, no matter what it is, the amazing doctors and staff will handle it perfectly. I recommend anyone who need their services to go there with confidence and you will never regret it.

Care about patients from airport to airport

I flew to Turkey with my wife to Novus Clinic for dental implants — in general, to get a full set of teeth and to fix mistakes from another implantology clinic (where the implants had fallen out). The entire staff was very professional, the service was friendly, and we didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Gulsah was extremely professional and thorough. I can recommend this clinic 100%.

Look at reviews online for teeth in Turkey and NovusKlinik was the highest rated - and for good reason.

I come from England so wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Was treated to my own accommodation at a lovely hotel, transfers to and from the Clinic daily and outstanding teeth done by Gülşah.

All in all, teeth look natural, clean and white. Very impressed with the service and smile (:

I wanted to leave another review to let everyone know that, up until now, no one from Novusklinik has contacted me to try and resolve the issue. It’s honestly shocking I don’t understand how they can run a business this way. They’re missing the most basic elements of customer care and professionalism.

Even Dr. Gulsah, who played a big role in my experience, is a major reason I feel like I completely wasted my time and money on this procedure.
I’ll continue to update my review every few months if this situation isn’t resolved, so others are aware of how they handle (or don’t handle) their responsibilities.

From hidden charges after already paying for a hotel and a transfer you didn't ask for. Then onto miscommunication and then onto being kept waiting hours for a driver who can't be contacted. To a receptionist who makes personal calls. Had to pay for my own taxi back to the hotel and look into chasing them up for a refund
Nobody cares you at this place. Avoid it

Pas fou vraiment

The reason why I met Novusklinik was that they said they could make my implants and permanent teeth that I could use for the rest of my life within 72 hours in three days. So I got on the plane and came to Istanbul. After a very warm and friendly welcome, they explained all the procedures to me in a language I could understand and this adventure that we started on Monday ended on Thursday without any pain or discomfort. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.
