My back was against the wall trying to meet a deadline to submit credentials for a preceptor in less than 30 days here in St.Louis, MO. Just when I had no where to turn, NPHub was there to rescue me. At first, I must say I was skeptical about the whole process of having to actually pay for a preceptor because I never had to do so in the past. So, as you can imagine, I was wondering how I could actually finance this venture as a student just trying to complete my coursework. However, NPHub, once again offered me payment options with easy terms that made it affordable for my budget. Not only was able to choose the payment options, I was able to interview the preceptor of my choice to make sure it would be a good fit. Although, I am not exactly a fan having to pay for preceptors just to complete my education, I am very thankful for NPHUB for demystifying the process.

I decided to go with NPHub after emailing and calling offices for months. While being in school, the added stress and time to do this was too much! I appreciate the help and support to quickly confirm preceptors and work towards finishing my program without a delay because of preceptors!

Honestly, they saved the semester for me. I’d asked my school for help getting placed in a hospital in my city, which is a whole other state from where the school is, with 5mths head start before clinical start. They failed to help me find placement, so I reached for NP Hub, and they found me a perfect match for my picky (to top it off, right?) school requirements. It was done in a heartbeat. It’s pricey, but an absolute investment in my case. And they are consistently checking in to see if you need anything. I had such a hard time finding a pediatric preceptor on my own. After sitting out for two terms, I decided to use NPHub. They were able to set me up with a preceptor right away! But I was worried about the cost. As a student already working full time and trying to balance life, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to afford it. But, they offer a great payment plan! Did I mention you also get student coordinators who will check in with you throughout the process and do what they can to expedite the process? It took so much stress off of me. NPhub makes everything so easy and quick. Coordinators Ale and Mar have been really attentive and supportive. Antonio is also the best at securing preceptor matches when you need one promptly on short notice.

Trying to find preceptors when you are just a full-time student and not working is incredibly difficult. Especially if you just moved to that state, and do not have any connections. NP Hub is the best and most reliable service out there. David, Louisa, Alejandra, and Marly are very professional and walk you through the whole process. You can text them or call them anytime and they are very quick to respond. Even if you're deadline for application submission is less than 24 hours, you can still rely on NP Hub to come through. I've used them several times now. I highly recommend them!

Trust them! Within a day or two all my cold calls, emails, walking in to offices, was done and I had a preceptor with all the paperwork. They made it easy. They only regret is that I did not do it sooner

I was having a horrible time finding a preceptor for my FNP clinical. Either their schedule was not open yet for the semester I was trying to fill, they were already full, or they didn’t accept students from my school. Working with NPHub was fast and convenient.
