Sorted out our Google nest installation perfectly!

I asked advice about a boiler in a new property which I did not know how to set it up.
Mr Nilesh, was really helpful ,and profesional, leading me step by step, through the boiler's settings ,and every thing needed to be done so both the under floor heating and the radiators to work properly

I was introduced to NP plumbers by a friend and I must say the job was done well and very reasonable in price.

I would recommend NP and was told that he has started taking on decorating jobs as well.

Nilesh was really helpful in suggesting a fix for problematic tap causing rattling pipes whenever system was used. Came and replaced the tap in good time. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

He went out of his way to explain what the problem was to me before and after fixing as well as giving me tips and guidnace on how to maintain optimum usage of my boiler. NP Works was the fourth (4th) set of workmen to come round for my blocked drain. They were the last! I suggest to anyone reading this that they should be the first you call issues within their competence.

Nil was very friendly and totally trustworthy when it came to diagnosing the issue with my boiler and fixing the issue. He ensured that he checked with the technical team to ensure his diagnosis was correct and fixed the problem within the hour. I highly recommend him and his customer service.

Emergency call out made at 6pm Saturday evening, they arrived and fixed the issue (broken cooker) by 730. Fantastic service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nil regarding a kitchen tap, that needed changing. I was impressed how quick and efficient Nil is. He turned up with the right tools and tap replacement!
