Wanting the Clara shirt in strawberry I was disappointed to find it was sold out at John Lewis.com as well as NRBY's website.
I called the Chelsea store and spoke to a lovely lady who had it in stock and held it for me for a couple of hours until I could get into store.
Not only did I buy the Clara, I also bought another blouse (sorry not sure of the name of the other garment).

Superb comfortable but extremely fashionable clothes.
The amount of times I’ve been stopped and complimented on my purchase of a seersucker blouse.

I bought a lovely dress for £299, a lot of money, it was sent to me in a plastic bag! When I queried why it was not sent in a box like other high priced shops do, I did not receive the courtesy of a reply. The dress was so creased, ironed it, it is not worth £299 but it is pretty. What is horrible is the hem is machine stitched so where the lighter colours are, there is very dark stitching, the hem should have been blind stitched as it would look better for such an expensive dress, just looks shoddy.

The shirt I ordered bore no relation to what was sent - delivery cost £4.95 - is this even legal? I sent customer service photos and their response is absolutely appalling, writing ridiculous e mails offering me a a free return - already a given and refund again already a given or gift card. What a waste of everyone's time and effort - shocking

Beautiful prints and colour! Every piece feels timeless yet fresh.

Beautiful, comfortable and well made clothes that last and are worth the investment. I have bought a few items over the years but particularly love my velvet Hibiscus jacket and sky blue double cloth summer shirt. Great services and easy returns if you do need them too.

Just received my Gracelyn silk etched square dress .. I brought it at sale price & I hadn’t realised it was 100% silk - it’s bright colourful, well cut and gorgeous to wear, with beautifully made folded in seams.

Also purchased an exquisite butterfly sarong or large scarf - again excellent quality. I think I’ll be ordering more from NRBY!

I have several dresses and velvet trouser suits (some purchased via John Lewis and some direct with NRBY). I purchased one dress for £285 from NRBY and emailed on 10MAY25 and again on 02JUN25 to request an invoice as I never received an email. Still waiting for a response some 25 days later. I telephoned this morning and left a message - still waiting for a call back. I want to return the dress and the website will not accept the order number. This is such poor service for a company which sells relatively expensive clothes.

If I could give NRBY six stars, then I would. I bought a dress from them in December for my son's wedding and it is absolutely beautiful. Today, I needed advice about caring for it and making sure it is crease free on the day. Siobhan at the Elizabeth Street store was so helpful. She called me back to provide the advice I needed. What service!

My partner bought me a dungaree for my birthday and sadly I received the wrong size.
The customer service team dealt well with the issue and they were very apologetic.
I bought there before and the quality and the fit are very good.

Disappointed to see they must only publish good reviews regarding their products on their website

I am new to NRBY and very impressed with their customer service, delivery time and the quality of their clothing and a gorgeous bag I have bought. All beautifully made.
I contacted customer service by email and they responded within hours with a solution. I was advised to call one of their shops directly and spoke to Georgia (lovely, helpful and friendly manner) who did everything over the phone. A really great experience. Professional, personal and charming. I cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful clothes and accessories to wear on repeat. Thank you.

Really great customer service. I had a query about the dress I bought, which was lovely but i had a sizing issue. I emailed customer services and the reply was back very quickly and solved the problem for me without fuss. I could have phoned them if I had wanted to so full marks to them for offering that as an option.

As another reviewer said:
1. Their knitwear looks terrible after a few months. (Around 3 months for me).
2. They have a review section for each garment, but...they...don't...post...your...review..if it's negative! I wonder how many disgruntled knitwear buyers have had their reviews disappear...

I suspect their glowing reviews are based on how gorgeous the sweater/cardigan looks *at first*. They do look lovely. But after some wear, they are unfit to be seen outside the house - you can't even fix them with a bobble-removing machine (I have tried) because it's not just bobbles, it's the whole quality of the fabric somehow. Awful.

I recently purchased the Salma side stripe jumper but unfortunately I am shocked at the quality of the wool
the jumper bobbles really really badly - after every wear I’m having to use a wool fabric shaver as it looks so dreadful and shabby - it’s especially noticeable on the front and all over the sleeves
having paid what I consider a premium price of £160 I expected far better
NRBY trousers are excellent so I will probably purchase more of those in the future but will steer well clear of their knitwear
