Great company to deal with, when we had a problem they were out to check things very quickly even though we live in south Kerry.
Excellent customer service and after care.

No recent experience but initial installation was quick and clean.
Subsequent backup was prompt, friendly and effective.

The chaps were so helpful and professional. They explained every stage of the installation. They were super tidy and left the place in perfect order. The ladies in the office are nothing but helpful. I can't recommend this company enough.

I raised an issue with NRG and an engineer was to ring mr back , he did but the call dropped after a short time and I got no call back , my issue did the app record separately the amount of electricity I fed back into the grid and how I can access that information historically not sure when I placed the call but it was during the during October 23 around the 9th

I got my panels installed almost four years ago, just before Covid lockdown. The install date was agreed with NRG. The crew arrived at 8.30am approx, got to work immediately, and job was complete before 1.00pm. All work was neat and tidy. How the system works was explained to me before they left. They took care of the grant application and BER. The system will be 4 years installed in January 2024 and I had no issues. Any queries I had concerning the system were handled efficently by friendly office staff. I have continuous hot water in the tap all year and reduced electric bills.
Very happy overall with the system. Could do with some more sunshine and less cloud.

The engineer was efficient, friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.

I liked the people and the initial installation was very helpful. However a few minor issue one the battery was installed as monaghan so weather was wrong. Second I had a bit of hassle to understand how to charge the battery from the grid, and get the password as was another app. So a follow up tech walk through aboutv3 months after installation would have helped.

NRG installed both Air to Heat pumps and Solar PV panels to our house. They were a professional company, came when they told us, seamless tidy installation to our house, the layout was well planned in advance and no extras. With a follow up annual service and quick response if needed. Highly recommended. Tom Carr, Kilbeggan.

Very helpful at all stages of the process, from the visit on site by expert to advice to installation. Supportive staff when dealing with administration. The installations of the solar panels was done quickly and efficiently, one issue was the technical brief on the system once installed was a bit hurried.
