I've held off on this review for some time (nearly 18 months) as I wanted to get a real feeling for NRG's after sales services and I am happy to report that After Sales is just a good as PreSales! This really is an exceptional company to deal with. PreSales provided us with all the information needed to fulfil our needs and offered relevant advice that had real impact on our decision making. The install team were neat and tidy and done within a few hours (10 panels, hybrid inverter and eddi) and After Sales have been quick to respond to and resolve any issues or queries I have had.
The only item I wish I could go back and visit is the placement of the Eddi in our hallway - not the nicest looking piece of equipment I wish we could have placed somewhere else. I think slightly better customer consultation is needed here.

Well done all. Installation Crew did a super job. And I appreciate no end that the office are going to sort all the paperwork and handle seai for the grant. Could not be happier job well done. Thanks all. NRG will be my first call for my next project

I got my panels four years ago. The survey of my roof was precise, reason position explained. The date was set and the crew on time, the job was completed shortly after lunch. Clean, no fuss, a pleasant group of workers. Clear instructions about set up, after sale service.

Honest and reputable
Very thorough when signing up, they wouldn’t do the consult until both of us were free
Once we booked the installation was flawless, they answered all our questions, thoroughly went through the equipment
Anytime we had an issue their engineer arrived and sorted the problem and if it was something we could correct showed us how to do it
We live in the middle of Wicklow and these guys come from Monaghan anytime there is an issue.
We have the solar panels 4 years now.
If we were upgrading or adding ones I would definitely go back to these guys

There were a few unforeseen challenges discovered when the lads came to site to do an upgrade, despite this the lads worked with me to agree a way to get around the problem. The result a very happy customer and a job completed without a second visit. Great engineers and office staff to work with. Well done to you all.

I had a great experience with NRG they did the heat pump and the solar panels for me you ring them they come down give you a price do all paperwork and give you a date and complete the work and very tidy they are 😊

Just gave 4 stars, it works very well from April to end of September, have hot water & can cook etc. which is great & with great savings on electricity, but from beginning of October to end of March is what they don't tell you about, you've practically no daylight & definitely no sunshine to work panels, unless they are updated since we put them on the roof 5 or 6years ago, the company is very good to deal with, now it won't let me put a date of experience, panels installed in October 2018

Very satisfied with the solar panels, installing the panels was very fast put up in a few of hours, and a bonus we get back some money for suppling power to the grid 👍

I’m very happy with it my bills are down to half and the service is excellent
