Very engaging and amazing experience, nothing is perfect but this was very fulfilling and nothing comes to mind that I would like to change at the moment.

As an alumna of the National Society of Leadership and Success, I am proud to share that my experience was both meaningful and motivating. NSLS provided valuable leadership development, practical tools, and encouragement that helped strengthen my confidence, goal-setting, accountability, and ability to lead with purpose. What I appreciated most was that it went beyond recognition; it focused on personal growth, intentional leadership, and the importance of showing up for others. I am grateful for the impact NSLS has had on my leadership journey and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to grow, stay inspired, and be part of a community focused on success and positive influence.
I’m proud to dawn the swag which is always just as good quality as the program.

Very motivational and direct service

I believe that the NSLS is a great experience because it allows students to bring out hidden potential by discussing goals and other activities with others. Personally, the videos and the SNT meetings inspired me to do better. I am very grateful for being invited and becoming a member.

What I enjoy most about National Honor and Leadership is that it recognizes and celebrates the achievements of students of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities. It creates an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow, lead, and feel valued. One of the most meaningful experiences for me was stepping outside of my comfort zone by creating an SNT and allowing myself to be held accountable for my goals and personal growth.

I also appreciated the opportunity to hear from influential leaders from around the world whose experiences and advice were both motivating and inspiring. The program provides a true sense of belonging and encourages individuals to work together to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Most importantly, it helps students develop leadership skills that can be applied academically, professionally, and personally throughout life

it is an excellent experience and excellent opportunities to collect awards once the requirements are made

What made my experience great was the opportunities presented to me through this membership and the the lessons I learned from completing the steps for introduction. The company is doing well in providing members opportunities and encouraging members to learn different leadership skills

My local chapter is not active. I imagine I would find NSLS if there were campus activities the could connect me with peers and mentors on my campus.

Not too hard but helpful

I didn't receive my order until after I graduated. I reached out to several people asking questions, but I only got one response, and the answer was vague and I believe I reached out again and no response. I believe that I called and left a message, but no one called me back. I will take some responsibility for the breakdown, but I had no communication with NSLS. If someone would have called me back or even emailed me - I could have finished in April and had my order before graduation. I graduated with honors (MCL - abbreviated because the system wouldn't accept the spelled out version). I would like to send my order back. I still have sealed package that I received in the mail. It's a shame that I couldn't show off my hard work with my honor cords and sash. I received an email from NSLS saying you were sorry that I wasn't pleased and wanted to make it right but have not heard from anyone regarding how you are going to make it right. I was encouraged by my co-workers to accept the invitation, which cost me $165.00 (approximately) and there has been zero communication with NSLS.

Excellent Resourses
Although, the time to mail your welcome kit is slow if you need a stole and your college/university does not offer them free order them early. There is no tassle but they have a tassle charm. So you would need to order a tassel from Amazon or simular to wear you tassle and charm. My institution only offered the cords.

It’s nice to be apart of a community that recognizes your hard-work and provides opportunities for growth.

The NSLS has greatly expanded my knowledge and expertise on leadership development. With the NSLS’ help I have developed a plan to further improve my skills and improve my career path. This commitment to excellence has helped me develop my own personal growth and helped me stay on track to achieve my goals and reach my full potential.
