We've been working with NS Optimum for many years now and highly recommend them. Our account manager, Becky, is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond; their prices are consistently excellent, and the install teams are professional and efficient.

As a busy secondary school, we often need tech and quickly. We do use a few different suppliers, but find NSO are usually the quickest and most reliable, and reasonably priced.
They provide a personal service through their dedicated account managers which creates a strong working relationship.

As a long term client of NS Optimum, I have experienced consistently excellent service. From the sales department, helping to identify suitable products, to the technical support, installations and after care - all departments have helped me over the years.
