Great experience of dealing with Nth Degree. Delighted with the design & quality of our furniture and customer service was superb.

We absolutely love our dining table, chairs and sun loungers. The quality, look and feel is exceptional. We also have the covers which I would highly recommend. It has been well used and admired.

I, like many, have spent hours visiting garden centres and scouring the internet for garden furniture but nothing really ticked all the boxes. Some looked good but just weren’t comfortable, others were comfortable but weren’t the style I wanted for my outdoor space. As soon as I saw the Nth Degree range of garden furniture I knew it was a cut above the rest. From the moment I discussed my prospective purchase on the phone with a very friendly and knowledgeable member of their team to the delivery and installation of my furniture, I was really impressed by the level of customer service and professionalism shown by this company.

Having been inspired at the Chelsea Flower Show, I researched and then ordered. I took delivery of a sofa and 2 chairs within a week of order and completely adore my new garden furniture. Everything was assembled quickly and the furniture is of high quality, sustainable, looks amazing and is extremely practicable with the bespoke covers that mean you don't have to put the cushions away every time it rains. I am a huge fan!

We recently purchased the N1 garden table and chairs from Nth Degree and couldn’t be happier. Delivery was prompt—within a week—and the two delivery guys were fantastic, unpacking and setting everything up while taking all the packaging away. The furniture is beautifully designed and excellent quality. Great product and outstanding service—highly recommended!

All items were in stock (which I believe is a really strategic and unique advantage) which is a miracle nowadays.

So from ordering to installing (which they came and supervised to ensure everything was perfect) was 1 week.

You delivered 4 Chairs and no table, after informing you
about the problem you said you would look into it right away.
Nothing happened I phoned you again to be to that your delivery people wouldn’t answer the phone.
I phoned you again the next morning as I had still not heard from you, you said that they still would not answer the phone so you didn’t know where my table was.!
I called back and ask why I had o wait whilst you sought out where my supposedly table was.
I said just get another table of your and send asap I was not a part of you problem.

You did everything so well. Courtney was amazing. She sent me the samples as she promised and the delivery came very quickly. I am very happy with the service and the product. The furniture looks fabulous.

Nth Degree couldn't have been more helpful and professional. They responded to questions quickly and made every effort to make the process from start (initial enquiries) to finish (purchase) easy and stress free. They also made sure that from the start, I spoke to the same member of the customer service team each time there was communication between us, hence a relationship of trust was nurtured which felt very personal to me. The furniture itself is lovely and exactly what I was looking for.
