I got in touch to make enquiries about Aircon. Within a week I had a visit and a quote sent out which I found reasonable for the work required.
I booked this in and the job was completed within 3 weeks to a veryhighstandard. All the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and discussed options and concerns.

The team were able to diagnose the issue and offer a quote within an hour after viewing a video. They were then able to send someone round within 48 hours who fixed the issue and was really helpful in the face of some unexpected challenges with the job.

I remember doing a review last year where I mentioned how impressed I was with Nu Age Heating. Well, I can confirm again this year, my score and thoughts are still the same. The reason being, their office made contact with me, to remind me of my boiler service. You may think, why wouldn't they, it's extra revenue for their busines. But, I paid for this service, 3 years ago, in advance so, they could of just ignored this and hoped, I would forget. That goes a long way in my estimation. Efficient and excellent manners. Arrived on time. Very clean and tidy. Completed job after a minor issue which was responded to promptly and satisfactorily. All in all very pleased with the work done replacing boiler and radiators.

Absolutely brilliant service, the plumber turned up inside the time specified and was able to pinpoint the problem in minutes and fixed it very quickly. Definitely a load off my mind. He was also able to point out other work which while not urgent will need doing at some point soon.
