NEVER EVER AGAIN

I want to get to the point. Ordered these on the 13/05/2026. And now it’s 28/06/2026. I’ve not received my items , also the items had got lost in transit to me , however I was still expected to sign a form for not receiving the parcel even though it got lost in the warehouse. Till this date , I have constantly contacted and no refund has been processed.

Steer well clear.

Just returned my Nuance glasses. The very worst purchase that I have ever made. No audio improvements whatsoever and seriously uncomfortable to wear, and as for the battery life! I would not recommend these glasses to anyone, especially if your hearing loss is above medium to moderate. Don’t give them a second thought!

Sconsigliati

Ho comprato gli occhiali tanto pubblicizzati appena usciti. Pagate 1100 € senza un po’ di sconto presso Salmoiraghi e Viganò di Salerno. In tutto mettendo le lenti Transition ho speso una barca di soldi. Dopo poco tempo mi ritrovo gli occhiali in vendita a 770 €. Comportamento assolutamente scorretto sul piano commerciale. Aggiungo che gli occhiali sono fatti molto male poiché non è possibile adattarli in quanto non possono essere riscaldati perché contengono circuiti elettronici. La ricarica può essere fatta solo con una base che viene data in dotazione e non è stato previsto l’uso di un cavetto di riserva per procedere alla ricarica quando sei fuori di casa. Basta un no nulla per farli fischiare in modo fastidioso e udibile dagli altri. Una delle peggiori spese della mia vita, soprattutto per la scorrettezza commerciale di trovarli a prezzo molto più basso poco dopo averli acquistati. Li sconsiglio vivamente.

If you're going to launch your ridiculous junk in a new market. Maybe spend more than 5 minutes researching the market first

Support - what support doesn't exist!

I switch the audio support on my glasses when I need to hear in noisy locations, due to battery life being 10 hours.

On Friday last week I sat down in a restaurant and switched them on and then opened the app to adjust the background noise. The app opened asking me to sign in, (it's done this twice in the last 6 months) it would not accept the email address password and stored in Password1, so I tried re-setting the password which requires a code to also be sent to you. After 6 attempts and everyone at the table looking at me as if I was some teenager obsessed with my phone I gave up.

On Saturday I tried to contact Nuance by phone - not in over the weekend, so I sent an email.

Then it all went from bad to worse!

The phone number listed for Australia Nuance app did not work on Monday or Tuesday this week. Which means I only spoke with Nuance on Wednesday (why did it suddenly work on Wednesday?). I explained my issue and was told someone will get back to me.

Thursday I get an email "someone will contact you shortly".

The email I sent on Saturday describing my issue with logging on to the app has never been responded too, which can be described as - zero support!!

It's now been 6 days that I have been unable to access the app and use the glasses.

And for a company the size of Excelsior Luxottica is appalling.

I don't know when I will be able to use the app, maybe never again who knows.

And why does the app suddenly require me to sign in again and then does not accept the password and ID stored in my password App???

Can't wait for a decent company to provide this type of tech and actually support their customers.

Excessilir Luxottica should stick to glasses because they have no idea how to support Tech.

Outstanding customer support all around.

I first visited phone support to ask my question. The representative there directed me to the website and to the page I needed. There I easily found the accessory item I wanted. Payment and checkout processes were straightforward and easy. A pleasant experiance all around.

AirPods are better and cheaper

I bought these glasses from Vision Express. I have mild slopping hearing loss and hoped they would help with watching television and meetings, which they do.

They aren’t as good as my AirPods though. I’ve done a hearing test using the Apple headphones and they work amazingly well for a third of the cost of the Nuance.

Honestly, it’s a great idea but don’t buy them. If you need hearing aids get hearings aids and if not, AirPods work beautifully.

The glasses were not all that they were…

The glasses were not all that they were advertised as they work OK they have different settings for background noise very hard to tell the difference between the modes the first pair I got out of the box were broken. Took forever to get another pair when I finally did get the other pair and was able to use them in a loud noisy restaurant I did not notice that big of a difference. In fact, the echoing in my ear from the glasses made me take them off in the restaurant because I could not hear as well with them on as when I took them off I ended up returning these glasses. Also wanted to point out when you go to use the touch part of the glasses on the right side to adjust volume modes, you get a horrendous feedback in your ear. I hope that they will be able to fix these glasses in the future. I do see them as being cutting edge but still need a lot of work more beta testing is needed. Also customer support from the optometrist when they were trying to figure out what was wrong with my first pair was very difficult which scared me because I wondered at the end of the year warranty. How hard would it be to get support on the back end because of all this I returned them like I stated hopefully they can get their act together.

Nuance Hörbrille 2026

Ich habe die Nuance Hörbrille jetzt seit einigen Tagen und bin begeistert. Bei mir sind lediglich altersbedingt geringe Höreinschränkungen (68 Jahre) zu verzeichnen. Gerade beim Fernsehen und bei kleinen Gruppen (6-8 Personen in der Gastronomie) hilft mir die Nuance Brille unglaublich. Ich bin regelrecht begeistert. Die Einführung in die Technologie bei Apollo Optik, Potsdam, Brandenburger Str., war einwandfrei. Das einzige, was mir in der App noch fehlt ist ein einfacher Equalizer zur Steuerung des Klanges. Alles andere funktioniert fabelhaft.

Good open ear hearing.

Good open ear hearing. But what would make these a 5 Star review would be Bluetooth Streaming. There is Bluetooth already built into the spectacles so why not add the feature that everyone wants?

Après 3 jours d'utilisation je constate…

Après 3 jours d'utilisation je constate que la batterie des lunettes se décharge beaucoup trop vite. Est-ce un défaut mineur lié à un défaut que du composant ou est-ce du à un problème d'exploitation des ressources découlant d'un bug logiciel de l'application... Que ce soit l'une ou l'autre cause,ce n'est pas acceptable pour un produit qui se situe à un tel niveau de prix et sur un créneau "santé" qui impose une qualité exemplaire.
Après une nouvelle mise à jour du firmware des lunettes, j'ai constaté des effets Larsen fort désagréable... Heureusement le travail de l'opticien a lui été parfait et la correction de la vue au rendez-vous de mes attentes...
Dommage pour un produit acheté à un prix élevé pour ses fonctions audios...

This company has the worst Customer…

This company has the worst Customer service I have ever seen. Getting connected to a live body is a feat in itself. Getting a response is almost impossible. My charger stopped working two weeks after getting my order with lenses over $2000. I am reduced to ordering a replacement online because you can't get warranty service. I would not recommend this company for anything.
