First of all, I can’t say enough amazing things about Bianca from Nue Conceal. She has truly transformed my life — not only through her mentorship, but also through the incredible products she provides. Bianca and her company genuinely care about each individual person, and that is so rare to find these days.

I honestly don’t know where I’d be had I not met her. Her guidance, support, and knowledge have elevated me both personally and professionally. If you’re thinking about taking any trainings or using any products for paramedical tattooing, you have absolutely found the right place.

If you’re ready for a life-altering transformation, Bianca’s trainings are the way to go. I cannot recommend her enough.

Such an amazing experience! Very informative. Course is backed by facts, science and research. They also had great presentation materials and provided quality training hand outs and other materials needed for the hands on activities and training. Very complete and organized! We were also provided with personal kits of their well developed product and technology. All our concerns and questions were eagerly and immediately addressed. All in all the training was great and in-depth! They did not skimp on ANYTHING!

Amazing course! I’m new to PMU world and decided to start with camouflage tattooing. I did my research and well I pulled the trigger… I bought the at home course as I can not travel right now. I’m starting fresh in the PMU world and I am not dissatisfied at all with all of Nue Conceal’s support! Bianca is also a great role model and I aspire to be like her in some way. I am blown away by how easy this has made scar camouflage. I’ve been doing it for 20 years now and this device is genius. I honestly am not tech savvy at all, so I reached out to customer service to help get me off the ground and running. They hopped on a live call and walked me through. It was a snap! Pigments are sooo creamy, a dream to implant.

When you sent me a private message on Viber, apologizing for not handling this concern by yourself and telling me we both did not deserve this, I thanked God for I thought you understood where my actions came from.

I also do not understand why you have a change of heart again. Is it because I didn't agree with your offer? You informed me you are willing to refund the additional $1000 provided I will remove my reviews and write a letter stating I received the completed amount. I answered you to refund $2000, and the $500 will be my payment for the access I had to your Gurucan online course, which I did not finish since I did not receive the tools, pigments, and machine, which cost $2200.

When I contacted you first, I represented a company, and on behalf of the company, we had agreed to be an exclusive trainer/distributor of the GCC, then changed to the Middle East, to which you agreed. We had an agreement. Unfortunately, the company did not push through, and I informed you about it.
That was also the time I paid you from my pocket to start the training. Before that, I highlighted I wanted to take the course face to face as I am new to the industry, to which you agreed. You informed me you would need to travel first, and once you are back in Manila, I could attend the training.

As many times I would emphasize, I did not lose my job. I was looking for a new job. Moreover, I would appreciate it more if you empathize, not sympathize, with my situation as a consumer who is asking for a refund due to your complacency:
I did not receive all the products included with the payment. The product's total cost was $2200
I did not receive access to your Nue Conceal Application. I don't even know what is in there.
I did not complete the online training since there were assessments. How can I submit my work if I do not have my tools with me?
Again, your online course is incomplete without the tools, which I did not receive. Your course is not a History class where memorizing is enough. We are talking about handling human skin. I need to learn the skill more, not theories!

Four months after waiting for you patiently and realized you did not have a concrete plan for whether you will be back in Manila or not. Furthermore, you planned to open your clinic in the UAE, and we agreed I would be your exclusive trainer there. You informed me I have to be fast to be the exclusive trainer. Again, why have you changed your mind? How can I be fast without the tools and not attending your face-to-face training?

If Bianca is not the sole owner of the company, it means there has been a misrepresentation from your company since she did not inform me about that matter when we were doing our transaction. In the last message I had with her, she offered me an additional $1000 instead of $2500. I answered her $2000 would be fine for me. The remaining $500 would be commensurate with the access you provided me to your Gurucan training, which did not help me since I did not have the tools.

I am not defaming you; I am only narrating my experience on how you handle unsatisfied customers like me. You have to admit there were flaws with your transaction. If not, why sudden change with your website? Why do you even have to threaten me that you will sue me because I posted reviews about your company? Why did you block me on your IG account? How come you changed the name of your company in Trust Pilot is BF?

Lastly, when I paid for the course, I was only doing my transaction with Bianca.

I first learned this industry in 2014 but didn't find my 'tribe' until I met Bianca and team with Nue Conceal.

Since undertaking my initial training with Nue Conceal, Im not sure what I fell in love with more: the products, the training, the dedication of Bianca and team to always be trying to better them selves - their techniques - their products or the global community support of Nue Conceal.

I initially attended this training to improve the appearance of my stretch marks. I had my daughter at a very young age and gained a substantial amount of weight, 51 lbs to be exact. I practiced on myself and before I knew it, I was helping others gain back their confidence by doing these procedures to mom’s like myself. This training provides you with not only the basics to perform Nue Conceal/ Stretch Mark Camouflage but also how the anatomy of the skin works. As a registered nurse, I appreciate this as Ms. Bianca explains the anatomy and physiology of the skin. We were trained by the one and only founder of this amazing service who was very energetic and informative. She and her team provide you with guidance every step of the way. I am very grateful to be a part of this hub. I thank Ms. Bianca and the rest of her team for all they do.

Excellent content and support, Bianca and her team are very professional and responsive. It's my second training about camouflage tattoo and I'm convinced this technique is really accomplished and efficient.

The only regret I have is that I should have taken this course sooner. I was unsure whether this course is the best option because I am very traditional and I like doing things face-to-face. The lockdown restrictions forced me to choose an online method rather than waiting for borders to open so I can travel. Honestly, I am so glad I did. This course changed my point of view on online courses. I think it's even better cos I can replay the modules, unlike in real life. Plus, Bianca is very responsive compared to the previous course I took.
