Superb Company. We decided to give them a try for handling our 10 social media channels and are super happy with the results. It's a great and easy to use interface, with a lot of powerful options.

What I really like though is the customer service. I've had to contact them three times - twice with a suggestion, once with a bug report. They implemented both suggestions and fixed the bug within 24 hours. Superb level of service, highly recommended.

Nuelink è una delle migliori piattaforme che io abbia mai provato. Ho un'agenzia di marketing e faccio questo lavoro dal 1994, testo software di continuo e difficilmente lascio recensioni, ma questa piattaforma ed il loro team davvero se la meritano. Non entro nel dettaglio della piattaforma perché fa davvero troppe cose, ma posso dire che tutto quello che fa lo fa fatto bene e se qualcosa non va... in un paio di giorni risolvono il problema. Il supporto è veloce e risolutivo, cosa che ultimamente è sempre più rara. Spero davvero che abbiano successo, così da avere una piattaforma sempre più performante e ricca di nuove funzionalità! Continuate così :)

Further to my previous review it became clear I was mis sold Nuelink through false advertising. I was given a partial refund, even though I had not been able to use the software as advertised from the very start. Bilal Ararou, the owner, emailed me to say "I don't have time to argue with people paying$12/month". Make of that what you will. Personally I would not trust this company that lies to get you to subscribe, doesn't offer what was advertised and ignores/misses questions in support tickets.

I've been using Nuelink for about a year now, since 2023, and it does the job, especially for automation on my blog across all my social media platforms. Their team is very small, but they are actively enhancing the application by implementing new features, such as the recent update that allows a link in bio per account. Even though they have some backlogs, they always keep users informed about what's happening behind the scenes of their development. This is my one of my best investment web application

I cant say enough how much I love Nuelink. I found it to be super easy to use and the learning curve is not bad. I love how they continue to update and upgrade their product. I am even impressed that they found a way to add other platforms when some platforms became non-available. Support for me will make or break if I stick with a product and I can say support is PHENOM for every time I have needed help or had a question. I no longer use any of the other ones that I had gotten prior to finding this app. I highly recommend it.
