Above and beyond for customer service
Couldn’t recommend more, our Christmas tree was sadly faulty, when I called Numa & explained that we were upset at the prospect of sending the tree back and not getting the refund until after Christmas and not having a Christmas tree for in time for Christmas Day, they very kindly offered to come and swap the trees over on the same day so we wouldn’t be without for Xmas!!! Obviously we were very lucky that our postcode and there office were not too far away but they could of easily gone through the usual way of returns (send in the post and wait 5 business days from refund to process) . So I think they went above and beyond from a customer service perspective and ensured we had our tree sorted for Christmas. I would 100% purchase from them again moving forward :)

We are delighted with our Numa Christmas Tree. It is a lovely height, shape and the lights are plentiful and beautiful. We are so pleased with our purchase which was so quick and easy to put together. Would highly recommend Numa and also their after sales care and attention.

I ordered a pre lit Christmas tree , it was delivered within a few days all the information on delivery was very straight forward , very easy to unpack and in three easy steps it was up , now it’s decorated it looks gorgeous and so realistic, for a 80 year old I was very impressed how easy I found it to assemble .

Great communication with a personal touch,and a great product! I was a little hesitant buying my Artificial Christmas Tree (Vail 6ft pre lit) from here as the company didn't appear to have been around for long, but the tree fit the bill perfectly for what I needed so I went for it. I am really pleased with it, and think the quality is great for the price. About £100 less than a very similar option at John Lewis that I was considering.

5 star products and service. The quality of the outdoor sofas I purchased are exceptional. Very comfy and they look amazing, everyone comments on how great they look. Another fantastic thing about this company is that the customer service is outstanding . Great communication and advice, quick response to questions and they really know their stuff. Prelit artificial Christmas Tree
I cannot praise the quality of the Christmas Tree I recently purchased from Numa Style.
The workmanship was second to none. Beautiful tree which was prelit with 350 lights, which were very precisely placed. The service I received from this company was exceptional. They replied to my emails within minutes. Nothing was to much trouble for them. They kept me informed at all times regarding my purchase and followed up after delivery to enquire if I was happy with my order. I cannot remember the last time I received such outstanding service and care.
I would recommend this company to everyone !!!!

Friendly Service, Premium Quality - Highly Recommend NUMA
I purchased some garden furniture from NUMA last month and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The customer service was absolutely 5-star!! I was kept informed from the moment of purchase right through to delivery. The team were personable, friendly, and made the whole process effortless.
As I bought the furniture late in the summer, I’ve decided to keep it wrapped up until spring 2026. That said, I did check everything on arrival and the quality is outstanding solid, stylish, and clearly built to last.
I’ll definitely be recommending NUMA to friends and family, and I’ll certainly be back to complete my garden furniture set in the future!

I purchased the Tribeca sofa set & firepit earlier this year and really couldn’t be happier with it . The quality is exceptional and the contemporary design complements our home and garden space perfectly. As we live quite local to the warehouse , the friendly owner allowed us to browse the different ranges and answered all our questions . Great outdoor sofa from great people
Great outdoor sofa from great people ! We were initially cautious about ordering from Numa particularly as we don't live close enough to visit and see the products before buying. The guys were great and we bought a test piece to check it out and the proceeded to make a full order. We have our complete set now and are delighted. Quality is fantastic, price is reasonable and the communication and deliveries were great. If you like this contemporary style, order with confidence. You won't be disappointed.

Numa in the Garden
We bought a coffee table set this August. Was very pleased with Numa and their help with the order. Delivery and communication was excellent. The set has been great and we have had many comments on how lovely it is. Unfortunately a zip on one of the cushions opened. It does happen and Numa were very helpful and replaced the whole cushion immediately. Excellent product and excellent service. Will certainly use them again
