I purchased 3 numbers from these people on 22nd August 2026. They "claim" to have the MNP codes to be sent within 24 hours. Yet they sent the code on Monday 24th August for just ONE number and said other 2 numbers are "not available". I requested for a refund and they asked for invoice. I sent it to them on their whatsapp number 9411194111. To which the person said, the refund will reflect in my bank account in 24-48 hours. When I inquired again after 48 hours, I was told, please check your bank account in 24 hours. NO REFUND. I sent another request on update on Thursday to which he said "Sir I will get the refund processed today". Still NO REFUND. I called them after waiting the whole week, to which the person on the above mentioned phone number started yelling at me, Started to threaten me and started abusing me when i questioned his commitments that he has given over the past week. And over the call he started saying even if i process the request it will take 7 working days to reflect. Completely different to what he mentioned on whatsapp chat. He's behaving as if he is doing ME a favour by refunding the money i paid for their service which they did not fulfill and continued to set wrong expectations. Repeated wrong commitments and expectations makes customers loose their cool, especially when the amount involved is in 5 figures. Instead of apologizing for setting wrong expectations and no honoring his commitment, he has hurled abuses, used threats and blocked us on every channel from the number 9411194111. I was willing to wait and listen to him, but his arrogance knew no bounds. Will wait for "7 working days" as he mentioned and if these people do not process the refunds, we are planning to lodge a legal complaint to relavent authorities.
Please beware of this company and look for alternates for your requirements.

Complete fraud, duping and harassing senior citizens.

I bought a number on 12 July 2026 (Sunday). On their website, it says they will provide the UPC code within 4–8 hours. I called and texted them yesterday (Monday), and they told me they would send the UPC code by 7 PM, but they failed to do so. When I asked about it, they told me they would send it today by 7 PM.

I have the 3 contact numbers provided on their website, and I messaged all of them. They saw my messages but didn’t reply. After some time, one of their staff called me and, in a rude manner, said, “Why are you messaging all 3 numbers? It’s so irritating.” He was very rude and then hung up the phone.

It is now 7:30 PM, and I still haven’t received the UPC code or any update. I have now requested a refund from them. If they fail to refund me as per their policy, I will take the matter to the consumer court.

If anyone is reading this, I would advise you to be cautious before purchasing from them because my experience has been very disappointing. I’ll update this review if they process my refund.
