Sara - the girl who has just left a review. I feel your pain and I don't think you are going to get the boots that you ordered. Try a Chargeback via your credit card if you used one. That's the route I'm pursuing. The company is fake and the goods are cheap and nasty. I have contacted Trustpilot about the five star reviews that influenced my purchase which have now mysteriously disappeared. If this review can save anyone else from purchasing from this sham company then it's worth it.

Ordered a pair of boots thinking they looked lovely and not realising how fishy this site is. Updates took over a week as the order was stuck on processing and couldn’t be tracked properly. No real customer care department either, only an AI looking person called Sophie answering my emails which isn’t reassuring. Only now are my boots finally on the move. I’m not hopeful they will be anything like the photo on the website but we can hope.

The linen style set is such an easy outfit for warm days. It looks coordinated and put together, but it still feels relaxed enough for lunch or holiday sightseeing.
