Truly a reliable agency.I felt a deep sense of ease and comfort knowing everything was managed so well. I am thoroughly impressed by this agency ( Nurul Umrah). They provided excellent guidance before and during the trip. Staff was well organised, ensuring everything from visas to accommodations was take care of. The spiritual lecturers they arranged were a blessing. Transportation was efficient and we didn't face any delays. In whole it was a great journey with this agency and i highly recommend them to my all family and friends. Thank you so much for this great services.

I recently performed Umrah in November with NurulUmrah Travels, but unfortunately, my experience with this agency was disastrous. None of the promised services were delivered.
In Al Madinah, I faced unbearable difficulties that I will never forget. I was scheduled to travel to Makkah on the 28th, but due to an error, I was mistakenly assigned to the November 29th group. When I contacted Nurul Umrah, they assured me that they would resolve the issue. However, when I reached out to the transportation agency, they claimed that NurulUmrah had not contacted them, and they refused to change my travel date.
I became extremely stressed, as this was a simple problem that could have been easily resolved. However, my calls to NurulUmrah were repeatedly rejected, and no one addressed my concerns. I had to ask a friend from the US to call them on my behalf, threatening to take legal action if the issue was not resolved. Only then did Huzaifa from NurulUmrah respond and promise to handle the situation.
On the day of my scheduled travel to Makkah, I called the transportation agency again after Fajr prayer, only to be told that my travel date had still not been changed. I had to call them again, angrily warning that I would take legal action if I had to travel on my own. Finally, they changed my travel date, but only after causing significant hassle.

The transportation agency hired by NurulUmrah was equally unprofessional. The driver sent me messages in Urdu, despite knowing that I don't speak or understand the language. The Ziyarat trip was also delayed, and it was challenging to coordinate with the driver. Furthermore, despite promises from Huzaifa, there was no Imam to lead the Umrah rituals, and we had to perform Umrah on our own.
Whenever I requested assistance from NurulUmrah, they would respond with 'no worries,' but nothing would be resolved. I strongly advise against trusting Nurul Umrah, as they lack professionalism. If you plan to perform Umrah, I recommend booking your flights and accommodations independently, as it's much easier than dealing with an unprofessional agency like Nurul Umrah.

Asalamualaikum. This was our first time umrah, we was kind of nervous before we sopke to Huzaifa. Then he talked us into all the process and how they will haldle our trip from A to Z. Huzaifa helped us to do all our trip very smoothly. I would recommend all to book with Huzaifa. He did whatever he said he will provide us throughout the whole trip. Specially he helped us with good road trip services. Thats really helped us not to get too tired travelling around. Even he gave us the best hotel view in madina and makka. Huzaifa was the best kept his word. Jazakallah khair
