first and last time i would order i normally order else where and always happy but thought i’d try a new company for something different these wax melts have little to no smell atall i put 2 in different rooms had a very slight smell which i could only smell for about a hour the usual company i order from lasts all day amd the whole house smells lovely i will definitely be sticking with them i don’t recommend this company for wax melts

Ive been ordering here for a couple of years and never been dissapointed! Very fast delivery and the wax melts last for ages, they always smell amazing and the parma violet is my absolute favourite! This recent order is my first in a while and the service is still excellent! Very happy with my purchase! Thank you.

Bought a few wax melts and first time using this company nice size wax melts but only smell for the first 5/ 10 mins after that nothing so disappointed will not buy again

Great products and excellent service! Order arrived quickly and kept up to date with dispatch and delivery. I recently went back to reorder the mademoiselle room spray (because it smells AMAZING) and they were out of stock. I messaged asking when they were due back in, had a really fast response and they were restocked later that day 😊 I even got an email advising of the restock at the time I was advised the would be back online. Couldn’t be happier.

There is a huge range of scents to choose from in their wax melts, and the ones I have tried so far all smell amazing.
Their website is easy to navigate and place an order, there are really good offers available across the website, and the dispatch of my orders has been amazingly speedy.

I used to buy my waxes from a friend who run her own shop but sadly she had to close, so in came google and Nuscents I thought I would give them a go and so glad I did.
The scents are excellent some stronger than others but all smell amazing, the prices are excellent.

I have been using Nuscents for a while now. These are the best wax melts I have come across! I absolutely love all the laundry scents! I accidentally put the wrong address on my most recent order and nuscents have kindly replaced free of charge even though this was completely my fault! Absolute 1st class customer service!! Been using nuscents for a while now love the wax melts..have tried different companies but nuscents are the best! Anyone that comes into my house always comments on the smell and how strong they are think I’ve only ever had 1 that I couldn’t smell out of all the orders I’ve received

I’ve been buying from Nuscents for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Their wax melts and room & linen sprays are incredible—long-lasting, high-quality, and the scents are just gorgeous. You can really tell they put care into every product. Highly recommend!

I buy lots of wax melts from various suppliers. I spent around £40 on different fragrances from Nuscents (as reviews seemed very good). I am honestly terribly disappointed and feel that I have totally wasted my money on these melts. I have so far melted x6 different fragranced snap bars and have found all to barely smell at all. I would warn against buying from Nuscents and I myself certainly won’t be buying from them again.

** UPDATE: in response to your reply below. I already use electric and tea light burners for my waxes. Yes, the cookie dough was marginally better than the others, in as much as there was actually SOME fragrance! The others are (as stated before) a complete waste of money. Clearly, I will just have to chalk it down to experience, and hope others don’t make the same mistake as I did in purchasing from you.

These wax melts are fantastic-don’t hesitate get your orders in!! This is my 2nd order and I only received my 1st order about 2 weeks ago!! I loved the wax melts that much I also strongly advised my sister to order from you and she got hers today and immediately has re-ordered too!!! I have a large open plan home and I could actually smell the scent outside were I had the windows open!! That’s when I knew I couldn’t gate keep these fabulous waxmelts!! Nuscent please please keep these wax’s going so many companies state the ‘overwhelmingly strong scent throw’ however they barely have any scent to them but you don’t know until you’ve ordered or they give u a sample that’s really strong, you order and the others are nothing like the strength of the sample.

Was my 1st order so didn't know what to exspect. But i need not of worried they are very strong smelling and lovely. Will defo have this company in my favourites and they are now my wax providers. So will be ordering plenty more and telling my friends to order😁

I received my order and I had to return some items. My return has been received by this company on 22/04/2025 and there was no acknowledgement of this and I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund to be processed and no reply to any of them. Shocking cut service from Nuscents. Please stay clear of them.

Their wax melts smell amazing — the fragrances are strong, last a good amount of time, and there’s a really wide selection to choose from. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the actual scents and formulas, and for that, they deserve credit.

However, I can’t ignore the issues with their marketing practices. For well over a year, I have been receiving email after email warning that their XL bars are about to be discontinued. Yet every time I check the website, the XL bars are still available, fully stocked, and often promoted again a few weeks later. It’s clear at this point that these emails are just a tactic to create a false sense of urgency and push more sales. It feels misleading, and frankly, it’s disappointing to see a company with such great products resorting to dishonest marketing.

I want to love this company completely because the actual wax melts really are excellent, but the lack of honesty in their communication has definitely tarnished my experience. If they focused more on the quality of their products — which is genuinely strong — and less on manipulative marketing, they would easily be a five-star brand. Until then, I can only give them three stars.
