Misrepresented their program, advised I would have access to all of the materials post the 12 month program (which cost $1k) then revoked my access to the app which was the only decent part of the program. Would not recommend

You pay a lot amount of money for their online "coaching" service which promotes food freedom but in reality, it is just another form of food control as it has you tracking and weighing everything you eat and do. Ideally you are meant to take your pulse and temps three times a day before and after meals. What normal person has time to do this???!!!! Oh that's right, fitness influencers living in Thailand whose whole day revolves around working out and obsessing over what they eat. It's like joining some type of fitness cult. Do yourself a favour and spend the money on a face-to-face trainer that understands normal people have a life.

NOTE: This review reflects my personal experience of Kitty Blomfield's NuStrength 16-week program. I do NOT wish (or deserve) to be attacked by people who have had a different experience, or by the staffvtrying to discredit my views of the program by pulling apart what I did/didn't manage to do perfectly.

I PERSONALLY found the program difficult, prescriptive and ineffective (I gained weight) not to mention cripplingly expensive (3k+).

The food was incredibly different to what I'd normally eat with a lot of dairy, high-fat foods and meat. I not only put on weight, I also found that following the program as best I could negatively impacted my mental health.

I consulted with my doctor - I was advised that I shouldn't let them force me to eat all those heavy foods.

It was also incredibly confusing with multiple channels and apps to try and figure out (although I think they were trying to fix that).

If you are going to try this program - and apparently it is lifechanging for some, be aware of what works for your body as you're introducing new things and introduce them one at a time not all at once as prescribed.

Kitty is very charismatic, Craig very single minded and if that works for you go for it. It just didn't work for me.

I've been concerned about leaving this true and honest review as I have been attacked by members of the program (trolls on F/book) and have seen how people that don't drink the Kool-aid are discredited by the program staff. I did provide this feedback before and not one person from Nu-Strength reached out to me to see what had happened. Ihad a coach who could easily track my mental deterioraction and who who even started to coach me to take steps that are used to treat depression (journaling each day what I'm thankful for). I really felt that once NuStrength had taken my thousands of dollars, they couldn't accept that their program wasn't the success they claim for everyone and didn't care enough to find out why.

The money back guarantee they promote - it's smoke and mirrors. I didn't even bother to ask for my money back (after consulting with Fair Trading) because I needed to work on my mental health after the experience and didn't need the angst.

To the trolls/haters and defensive staff of NuStrength, my therapist says not to take any notice of your comments because trolls have somehing seriously wrong with their own lives and NuStrength staff are too cowardly to contact me in person.

A great program to kickstart weight loss, regulate digestive issues and tone the body. I learnt heaps from the program - from balancing macros to realising sugar is NOT the enemy! Having ADHD my whole life, I live for the sugar hit and finally being able to have it without the guilt and without gaining weight = bliss! Also, really enjoyed having my own coach to bounce off and receive support from. Love the 'no BS' attitude from Kitty - there's just truth, and I appreciate that. An honest and fun community to be a part of all with the same goal :)

This program gives you all the tools to reach your goals! From the nutrition side to the training, they know what they are doing. I spent 3 years with them (year 1 training/nutrition, year 2, training only and year 3 access to Recomposer app to make my own training program). The knowledge I gained was priceless, really…I changed the way I ate and saw food (yes potatoes!!!) and the training style is FANTASTIC!! Stronger at 50 than I’ve ever been!!! I was able to fix my periods (symptom free) and now going through perimenopause, I have no symptoms!! These coaches work with you and give you information and feedback. They make you work and challenge you to take responsibility for your actions and it pays off!! I’ve learned things I will take with me forever and still follow today. They really do give you everything you need to succeed and if you are willing to make that commitment to yourself, you can’t go wrong! Any program that believes in consistency rather than perfection, is a program worth doing!!!

I can't say enough great things about this program. It's no-nonsense stuff that really works. If you are looking for a true fitness and/or nutrition coaching experience, it is definitely worth the money. And by true coaching I mean you have to be ready to work and then be guided in the process. They aren't going to do anything FOR you, but they guide you toward your goals with realistic expectations. This is not a quick fix situation, and it's not for sissies, so if you are ready to commit, sign up with them. I'm in my early 40s, and after working with Craig for 18 months I am stronger than I've ever been AND I was able to fix quite a few digestive issues. I feel so much better overall and learned quite a lot during my time with NuStrength, and still carry on daily with all the good habits I learned with them. It definitely changed my life for the better.

I've tried many things over the past 30 odd years and I've never loved and stuck with a program as much as I love this one! The people are authentic, the trainers truly care, they take care of you and make sure you have all the information you need, have a massive support network, but above all else, educate you to get the very best results. I have never been in alignment as much as I am with these guys! Everything I've learnt, and the improved health I now have, can all be attributed to this program, these people! and that... stays with you for LIFE (and a much longer life it is now too!). No hesitation in recommending these guys at all! LOVE THEM!

I absolutely love Kitty, Craig and their team of health and fitness professionals. You are given all the tools you need to change your life. They cover everything from nutrition, training and mindset plus everything in between. My only issue is the cost.

I participated in the 12month program 2 years in a row, unfortunately this coincided with Covid lock downs for Victoria and was a very challenging time.
The online information and training programs are fantastic, however the online coaching just didn't work well for me, I needed someone who could check in with me and hold me accountable.

Working with Craig has completely changed the way I think about nutrition and training. I feel like after 9+ years of lifting, I was losing my motivation and love for the gym. The training structure was completely different than anything I'd done before, and to be honest I had my doubts when I first looked at my program. I didn't think it would be enough to help me reach my goals. I'm happy to say I was wrong. This program has made me fall in love with lifting again!!! The apps are easy to use, and it makes tracking your progress so simple. My strength is at an all time high. I'm eating more carbs than I have ever eaten before, and I still find it easy to lose body fat. This program not only has helped me regain my love of lifting, but it has helped me fix my sleep and gut issues. It has also helped me heal and reverse some negative stories around food and eating carbs. I no longer fear eating more and eating carbs, but know it's essential for my health and strength goals. Whether you are new to lifting or experienced, I would recommend this program and coaching to everyone hands down. It has by far been the best investment I have made towards my health and fitness goals to date.

The personal touch that Kitty, Craig and their team provide to all their members is the most valuable piece of their coaching program.
I felt heard and could have the program tailored to my own goals and circumstances.
I felt like a part of the family unit and have achieved fantastic results.
I am extremely grateful that I found them and highly recommend their team and their approach to strength training, mindset and wellbeing.

After living by the principles Nustrength teach my life totally changed!! I resolved hormone imbalances and edometriosis that no Dr, medication or surgery was ever able to fix. I changed my body from soft and lathargic to energised, sculpted, lean and musclar and eat more food that's so yummy with no feeling of restriction. I was taught how to lift so well I've fallen in love. Everything I learnt has flowed to all aspects of life and I'm finally free of food and body image fears. All I had to do was apply what they taught! Wish I could post photos in this review!

Absolutely amazing program! This has changed my life in sooo many ways!
The support and resources are gold standard! So personalised and tailored to each individual.
I had a drinking problem, a long time use of antidepressants, binge eating and irritable bowel syndrome to name a few things I had going on…
I now don’t drink, or binge eat and no longer suffer with IBS! I have more confidence, self respect and look and feel better now in my 40’s than I did in my 20’s!! I’ve had amazing physical changes and weight loss.
The physical changes and goals I have achieved are really just ONE part of it…
They are the bi product of everything the coaches have taught me… How to be consistent…teaching me the technique of lifting, how to be resilient and how to get resourceful… And a big one for me… how to not “throw the baby out with the bath water” and go back to your old ways when you make one little stuff up!
I have so much more self respect. I no longer find it hard to say no to anyone or anything that doesn’t align with my values and I don’t hate or punish myself or my body!

From the time I started this program the coaches and correspondence was very responsive and informative.
Their platforms for both training and macros tracking is so easy to use.
I came to them as a perimenopausal 48 year old, complicated with thyroid Hashimotos and a shift worker.
Craig and Kitty were amazing.
I followed what was recommended, got a clip around the ear a couple of times, pulled my head in and realised quickly if I followed what was prescribed I would get results.
And that I did, lost body weight, increased muscle mass.
More importantly my perimenopausal symptoms disappeared and my thyroid function improved and I was finally able to reduce my medication for the first time in 10 years.
Plain and simple, do what they say and you won’t be disappointed.

I didn’t receive what was promised.
Coach often didn’t reply, the coaching calls were delayed then rushed at the end of the program and felt more like a sales pitch.

The investment was significant, but the support did not match the investment. Lack of experience, unable to answer my questions. I sent emails expressing this concerns and I was quickly ignored.
Taking advantage of people who are struggling with weight and vulnerable, and in the wellness industry, I felt they were very vulnerable for being reporting to the ACCC for false and misleading behaviour. Several people on the same program at the time had this view. I understand startups, but we were paying TOP dollars for very mediocre support. I asked for consideration and to be reimbursed but I was ignored. I would not recommend it & the whole thing lacked integrity.

I think the weekly feed back should be a live video chat each week rather than through a video recoding sent to you.

The coach was a nice person. Your male partner not so much. Not a lot of patience. Most of the work is left up to the person paying all of the money. Total waste of money.
