If I could give minus stars I would. This company is a scam. False advertising. Pretending doctors endorse the product but in reality all untrue. They dont respond to emails or process promised refunds. If you return an item it has to go back to China at your expense. Avoud at all costs

SCAM!!! The reviews are right don’t waste your money on this product. It came straight out from China. I was thinking it was endorsed by Barbara O’Neill but this is not the case

Over 2 months to deliver. Now I hear through other reviews. it’s from China. No idea if it’s ok to consume. I was scammed last year with this company with weight loss gummies. Unfortunately I went by what I thought was recommended by Barbara O’Neill … now I hear that’s also a scam … this site should be boycotted

Please please do not buy from this company! Absolute scam! It’s not legit at all. I emailed them as soon as placed the order to cancel, after reading all the negative reviews and immediately asked to cancel the order and refund and 2 days later they’ve dispatched it. I emailed them 8 times! I knew they would just dispatch it and not give me money back and I was right.

Product arrived from China (Probably a back street somewhere) and was not as advertised. After looking at the ingredients on the back I soon realised this stuff may make me that bad I could be hospitalised. After a search on Google I fould out some ingredients can cause internal bleeding, diarrhoea & sickness to name a few.
Nutralis, Nutralis + are an absolute joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DON'T GET SCAMMED.

Took two months to receive. No communication, tried yo cancel it but said it has already been filled. Don’t order from them. Save yourself money and frustration. Also, it finally came from a person and not the company. False advertising with people I follow when they did not endorse their product. They claim I can return but I know it is going to be a hassle.

I ordered 4 bottles on September 26th. They provided tracking number that is not valid. I haven’t received anything as of yet ( October 7th). I’ve sent several emails to the contact email provided on their website. Im afraid I got scammed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!! Fake videos, fake endorsements! If you want to return the item after finding out it’s fake then you have to at your own expense to china not USA where it’s meant to come from, however that’s not where it comes from! But before that you will be offered a % to keep it. Either way you will lose money!

This product states it is made in the UK and endorsed by Dr Barbara O Neill. This is not the case . It is made in China and clearly has nothing to do with Dr Barbara . This is a fake scam.

NUTRALIS used Dr Barbara O’Neill’s identity to promote and sell their ‘parasite’ product. When I discovered it is not endorsed by Dr O’Neill I demanded my money back. I’ll never give up getting my money back.
They are a SCAM. Do not trust.

Do not order from Nutralis. They use AI to fool you into purchasing their product. When you try to return it they make it extremely difficult and first offer you a 20% refund without returning and even when you ask for a full refund without return they only offer you 4O%. Do not be fooled like I was - they use fake advertising to sell their product- and their return policy is like jumping over hurdles. Not worth the bother!!!

Misleading Return Policy – Beware

I ordered from this company and my package was shipped from Florida, U.S. However, when I tried to return the item, I was told I had to ship it back to a warehouse in Ningbo, China. This is highly misleading and unfair.
1. The product shipped from the U.S., so it is unreasonable to demand international return shipping.
2. The cost of return shipping to China ($50–$80+) is disproportionate compared to the value of the item.
3. Instead of offering a fair resolution, the company suggested only a 40% refund without return, which feels like taking advantage of customers, knowing most people will not pay international shipping.

I feel deceived by this policy and cannot recommend ordering from this seller. Be very careful before making a purchase.

Took my money for 4 bottles and never received them. I emailed them and asked about it and have never got a response…… DO NOT TRUST!!!!!
