Completely messed my order up
Completely messed my order up, they’ve done this the past 2 times. Customer service is non existent, you speak to a chat bot who ensures you someone will join the chat which they never do.
I’ve used this site for around 6 years and they’ve got worse and worse, clearly only care about profit and no longer give a damn about customers. Packers obviously couldn’t care less either as this is a regular issue and there’s not even a packing slip.
Complete garbage.

Why order from elsewhere?
Plenty of products to choose from and far cheaper than elsewhere. Some are obviously out of date but I have ordered from here a few times and there is nothing wrong with them and will have no hesitation in ordering again. I also cannot believe that even though I ordered on a Saturday, it still arrived the next day.
