The meals were absolutely delicious, and the food sizes and nutrients worked perfectly with my busy lifestyle. Just pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes, and it's ready to go! Even after staying in the fridge for 4-5 days, it didn't lose any of its quality or taste, which I really appreciated.
