Poor customer service.

Was sent two of the same thing instead of one of them and another product.
Contacted customer service who said they would sort it out. I was asked to send pictures of what I had been delivered and packaging etc, which I did.
Have chased them up with several emails but haven’t had any response.
It’s quite clear they have no intention of sorting it out and are ignoring me.

I only received one of the 2 items I…

I only received one of the 2 items I ordered. I ordered the Detox belly burn and Hormone balance pro, but the Detox belly burn was missing. I was gutted as I wanted to get started 2 weeks before I go on holiday. I have sent a email to the claims department, just awaiting out come.

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. I have yet to try the items ordered because the package has been stuck with Royal Mail for a week, stating it was out for delivery. I contacted Nature's Finest and the first response I got was a generic page with links for common questions and the resolution for delivery problems was for me to contact Royal Mail. I reminded them that the delivery contract was between them and Royal Mail so they should expedite the delivery. I then got another response the following day giving me tracking details so they clearly hadn’t read my previous messages! Very poor customer service!

J'ai profité d'une promotion pour un kit detox, où je devais recevoir 2 pots de liver cleanse et 1 pot bio detox, ces quantités apparaissaient très bien sur la facture. Mais à la réception, je n'ai qu'un seul pot de liver cleanse, et en les contactant, on me répond que tout est normal ! C'est donc de la publicité mensongère ! Vous restez avec cette seule réponse, rien pas d'explication par rapport à votre facture qui indique bien 2 pots !!! Lunaire !
Ne me reste plus que la DGCCRF
