Worst customer service in nz manukau branch the person at counter was no help or anywhere near to be a salesperson

I would give a -5 if i could.

I email NW and get a Bull S&^t copy and paste reply from a virtual assistant and it is totally insulting! given it has been 6 days and my order hasn't even shipped!! Just "oh it appears your order hasn't shipped" and that is well outside their dispatch terms listed on your website!! so much for same day dispatch - total lie! 
What a joke!! NEVER SHOPPING WITH NW AGAIN!!!

Their discounted prices are higher than other retailers normal prices like Chemist warehouse. Shop else where, don't trust there false marketing

I have given two stars, the products that are ACTUALLY IN STOCK NEARBY I can collect in store, the guys are great i person. Most of the time the products aren't in stock, have to have it shipped. I usually order so much at once that it's free shipping BUT WHAT IS THAT STUPID SHIPPING INSURANCE??????? I keep deleting and it sneakily adds at checkout, if you aren't watching carefully you get bunged with this extra charge. I have had this a few times, delete then it adds at the cart again when I pay and it's just a scamming way to collect extra money from each customer. Not happy! It's the same as charging a surcharge if you ask me, just like in the shops how you are charged extra for swipping a card, charged extra for using a code, this site does the same with the postage insurance.
They usually run out of stock on popular products as well.

What can say i am have nothing but the best things to say about nutrition warehouse.and p.j is a legend.not only does he take the time to have a chat but gives the best advice and shows me how every works for what ever i buy.he is a absolute legend.and the other workers are great to.and p.j alwas looks after me for what ever i need.i highly recommend going there as there prices are amazing as well.thank you everyone and most thank you p.j for all the great service.a million syars for every thing.

Don't trust their delivery times (fictional) - ordered and confirmed delivery 1-4 days, it has been over a week and not even processed. Customer service team blamed it on "excess orders", which is just an excuse - a capable business plans accordingly or should advise clients "we cannot handle orders quickly, it will be 8-10 days to leave us)

False advertising. Says $44.95 but click and go to site it's over $65.00.
Advice is do not buy

Website is awful. Heavily advertising a new and exclusive product, released today and website screams 'available for click and collect' however NO STORES online within 250km of me show ANY stock. Have had a similar experience before - get it together NW! Also auto-adding shipping insurance is sneaky. Have been an advocate of this business in the past but will shop with a competitor instead in the future.

I’ve been to several stores around Melbourne and the men at the stores are friendly. The one star review is for the junk shipping insurance that Nutrition Warehouse adds to your cart online. When you delete it and go to check out, it sneakily adds it back in.
I would rather pay a higher price and miss out on their online discounts than accept the practices of a company forcing you to buy junk insurance.

Ordered some protein and creatine via click and collect from the Bondi store. Smooth experience and will shop with nutrition warehouse again
