Your website really stinks
Your website really stinks. I have been buying stainless steel screws form you online for a couple of years. My sign in and password automatically came up and I tried to sign in. The message said it was not the right name or password. I spent 40 minutes trying to buy some screws. NOT A FRIENDLY WEBSITE.

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging in to the website. We recently changed the hosting company for our online store. The old login information does not work on the new site. A quick email to us would have got you on your way. There is no need to login to purchase fasteners on our website.

The hardware I ordered through the nutty company was about half the price than Fastenal was, I only live about 25 minutes from them, but didn’t have time to pickup in person, had them shipped, received in a couple days, great online selection, great pricing, will definitely buy from again, have purchased from their old store in derby for years, they always have what you need, and they know what your talking about, unlike the big box stores, and you know you’re getting a quality product with them.

Just a pure awesome experience to do business with. Didnt see a nut I needed. Emailed and got a reply in minutes from Jim!
Order had a mix up and it was corrected in minutes after I notified them and a package was in my mailbox in 2 days 😳
Not wasting time anymore "shopping" I know who I will be purchasing my hardware from for now on.

In reviewing your order, it was placed on Saturday Oct.13 at 1:05:09 PM.
We are not open on weekends. When processing your order on Monday, 2 of the 3 items were on the shelf ready to ship and the third was in receiving.
We could not get to the third item until after 3pm. Your order was packed on Monday, but missed the shipping cut-off time.
I do apologize for not getting out the shipment on Monday, our receiving dock was overwhelmed.
95% of the time, orders received by 3pm Monday - Friday are shipped out the same day.
