Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! As per below review - I also purchased what should have been the BB tarte tinted moisturiser and received a totally different make with a farty small brush! Total scam, how these companies get away with it is beyond my comprehension. Bank informed and trading standards.

Do not use this company they are a joke. I ordered and paid in full for the medium bb cream, they sent the natural colour which is almost white, I sent photos and asked for a full refund, they said not to post the product back to them but give it to friends and I can have a 20% credit note in there store. I replied that I didn’t want a credit note that I wanted a full refund or the correct order sent to me . They then replied that k you for accepting the credit note 😡 I have had to email over and over again but they don’t care or listen now I am out of pocket with a product I don’t want and can’t use 😡

L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato (e a cui va il mio punto) è la risposta del customer service alla mia richiesta di info in merito a che punto fosse il mio ordine: sono stati celeri e cordiali. Per il resto, crema SCADENTE che assolutamente NON fa ciò per cui è sponsorizzata.. NON uniforma l'incarnato e NON si "fonde" per nulla con la propria tonalità di pelle! Anzi, lascia un'orribile patina biancastra. SCONSIGLIO vivamente, non abboccate al prezzo vantaggioso perché, anche se non si tratta di cifre esorbitanti, sono soldi BUTTATI!

I ordered Tarte bb cream and got a brand called EELHOE! … I have contacted my bank to do a charge back ……….

I have already sent 2 emails but obviously being ignored..just stop scamming!!

I emailed customer service to return an item 3 times now. They have ignored all my emails. No response is very frustrating. Product was rubbish avoid this company at at all costs. Worst customer service I have ever encountered

I ordered a cordless angle grinder from…

I ordered a cordless angle grinder from Nutwinee Unfortunately, the very day I received it and tried to use it, the battery literally caught fire and melted the unit. I immediately contacted their support team, who promised a refund within 2 to 14 working days.

It has now been over a month, and I still have not received any refund. Each time I reach out, they either make excuses or simply do not respond when I ask for specific transaction details. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this company based on the lack of reliability and customer service. Proceed with caution if you decide to buy from them.” I would give 0 if it was available

Even after sending them info on what has occurred and they replied for further info, and my detail they still have not refunded me my money this company is a joke. Please do not buy there product as it’s dangerous as when u used. There product the battery melted and set a fire and they take your money and promise to refund and leave you hanging

Clicked 1 star as no option for '0 star' I ordered and payed for a jacket via there website on tiktok item never came no refund came and all i got was item delayed messages then nothing .

Not very happy as bottle was very small and it wasn't any better than others that are much cheaper. Certainly won't be buying any more products from this site again

Poor

Shocking! Ordered trousers last week still no dispatch date, contacted customer service numerous times just to get an automated reply which didn’t answer my query. Finally got someone and all they said was I just have to wait for a dispatch email and they don’t know when that will be! I’d never use again and definitely do not recommend!!
