Ordered a phone case on the 10th, here we are on the 22nd still no word from the company and no phone case, never again will i use this company

Allora ragazzi sto leggendo tante recensioni negative su nuvola shop, tanto che mi è sorto il dubbio che si tratti dello stesso shop online a cui mi riferisco io, stiamo parlando di nuvola shop che vende bracciali, collane anelli in acciaio? Perché se sono loro la mia esperienza e’ a 5 stelle, il bracciale in 2 giorni era a casa, bracciale fatto bene e bello massiccio ad un costo onesto, imballato benissimo, resto basita sinceramente

Comprati anello e 2 bracciali al negozio di Aprilia 2 ci ho speso 18,80 perché c’era prendi 3 paghi 2 appena preso un bracciale dalla busta si è staccato il ciondolo l anello sono andata a fare la spesa si è staccato il ciondolo non penso che li ricomprerò

Ho dato una stella perché non posso darne zero. Prima di tutto la roba è palesemente falsa. Devi scrivere e riscrivere perché ti mandino almeno una lettera di conferma ordine. Ho fatto reclamo ad Altroconsumo e ho smosso mari e monti. Dopo 20 gg arriva un pacco (tipo quelli di SHEIN) con taglia sbagliata, e roba pezzottata palesemente. Ho bloccato anche la carta con cui era stato pagato. Per dei siti così dovrebbe intervenire la polizia postale. Speriamo lo faccia

Ho comprato da nuvolo.com,visto recensioni negative ho scritto più di un email e li ho dato dei ladri,sinceramente sono sempre risposti,dove dicevano che non è una truffa,dopo più di un mese la consegna da Cina,(perché è merce che arriva da Cina)e arrivata,e qui la truffa,merce contraffatta e contraffatta male,materiale scadente,vestiti raphl Lauren da buttare via,ma la colpa e nostra,bastava vedere prezzo e redentessi conto quello che compravi,non c’è reso perché ti dicono costa un patrimonio fare reso,NON COMPRATE da questo sito

As many others also have written below, this shop is a SCAM!!!

After shopping there (the worst possible german translation was already the first which should have warned me) I got some emails with unclear questions, and when asking back again after some weeks, if the parcel has been sent, they told me to answer those "questions" first. Which questions? No idea! The address was clear and I repeated it several times in my mails, but still there were some "unanswered" questions they told me. No idea what they meant by this, they are obviously really not motivated to make professional deals but just in getting your money and waiting until you gave up afterwards!

I got back the money thanks to Paypal from "Web M. Marketing DBA" in the end.

SO AGAIN: NUVOLASHOP AND THEREFORE MAYBE ALSO "WEB M. MARKETING DBA" ARE A SCAM, DON'T BUY THERE!!!

No compreis en esta tienda. Es un timo.
Haces el pedido, pagas por paypal y no sabes nada nunca más.
Ni te envían el pedido, ni responden a los emails. Gracias a Paypal pude recuperar mi dinero.

after reading the comment of Jean-Pierre N I decided to ask for a Paypal refund on an order made the 16.09.16. The procedure allowed me to do it, but, after the refund - that nuvolahop authorized immediately - paypal decided to apply limitation of my paypal account and to withhold all my balance for 180 days! I asked information to nuvolashop but no answer. Paypal told me - after an odyssey - that they can decide who have as customers or who not. I googled for "Limitazione conto PayPal per troppi reclami" and found that they can do it, but in my case this is the first claim!
I ask nuvolashop if they can do something in order to restore my paypal account. i put 5 star in change and ask my excuses.

J'ai commandé un objet le 28.09.2016, relancé le vendeur le 11.10 parce qu'il n'avait toujours toujours pas procédé à l'expédition. Reçu une réponse-type plutôt vague.
Nouvelle relance par mail le 21.10, puis par message amical Paypal le 30.10. Aucune réponse.
J'ai finalement, grâce à Paypal, été remboursé. Je n'achète plus que sur des sites qui acceptent les paiements Paypal, c'est la garantie de ne pas perdre son argent.
