I would wholeheartedly recommend Rachel and Stuart as drivers to any school organising visits abroad. I have led this visit to Normandy for 20 years, and I know that drivers can make or break a residential abroad. Rachel and Stuart certainly made ours this year.

The services we had from the drivers were really good! They arrived on time for the pick up. We had to be at our destination at certain to play the kickoff time as we left on the day. But thanks to the drivers we made it for the kickoff. They ensured that we got back our hotel safe from the tournament venue and back home safe the following day.

Excellent customer service provided from my initial enquiry for a private hire on behalf of a group, through to making a firm booking, payment arrangements and agreement of outward and inward journey details. As a customer, I was able to have all my questions answered immediately and requests to modify journey requirements addressed promptly. This high quality was also experienced through the service provided by both coach drivers assigned to each of our journeys, who did everything in their power, to ensure that our journey was comfortable and fully met our booking requirements.

The actual booking was an easy and pleasant experience. Our contact was extremely efficient and professional. The service was prompt and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The quote was sent to me very quickly and it was actually cheaper than many other companies I compared it with. When I had to make last-minute updates to my booking (which was on a few occasions) I never had to wait for someone to pick up the phone. The whole team was very responsive, kind and helpful. My team and our guests were very happy with the buses and drivers.

Great service from our driver Daniel, with the M4 being closed for the weekend he navigated the diversion brilliantly to get us to Newbury racecourse on time.

We appreciate that you were using a third party for our travel, however our experience on this occasion was very poor.
Despite us changing the booking the week before the driver was adamant from the moment the school party left our site that he was leaving at 4pm and that the coach would drive off at 4pm.
This caused undue stress to the teachers that were on the trip as they didn't know if they would be able to return to school at the end of the day. The whole point of having the time changed to 4.30pm was because the children had an activity booked at 4pm.
It became a very stressful event due to the drivers conduct and the teachers were unable to concentrate on the afternoon's activities. It was also stressful for the school office as we were constantly getting worried calls from the party too.

The coach was very comfortable and clean , and the driver was excellent in some very tricky situations , very helpful and all in all made it a pleasurable experience. Would definitely recommend.
