I'd give zero if I could. As soon as you upgrade it seems to block you from using the app. All my case is gone I wasted lots of hours on that. Customer service is terrible it's been well over a week and I don't want the subscription canceled. Please look for an email from mrussell11234 that's at gmail, respond and refund!

I paid $200 after $20 and they ignored me over 5 days until i filed ftc complaint and bank dispute. They never upgraded my account and ignored my emails. This is grossly overcharging for the poor service. Do not pay these people $2,000 or $200.

I gave two stars because this could be a marvelous tool for a person dealing with court and needing help. It is smart and provides document downloads with ease. I loved it until the problems overtook any help I was getting. First of all I was still discussing the one case that should have been allowed per week. When you leave the site and go back everything is gone. In order to remind AI what the case was about I had to paste the form back in. That worked but then was counted against me and I was offered a paid subscription. I responded that it was the same case and that cleared things up. Until the next time and I decided to just pay the $20 per month membership. I still get kicked out and it said I reached my limit for the week. I have only discussed 2 total cases and one is supposed to be free per week. Plus I actually paid so I do not know what all is included but I'm not even getting what should be free. I tried getting support. I emailed and did not get a reply. Then i tried using the recovery for my account and it asked for the code I was given when I signed up. I never received any code.

The disappearing information is very frustrating but this makes it horrible. Ive wasted a lot of time and I'm going to get my money back if it can't be honored that I have an account.

What I'd really love is to use the membership.

It just hasn’t been user friendly for this 77 year old male; including not being able to make copies of provided interactions. I would like to terminate our relationship and cancel any and all payments with Nyayam after my initial $20.00 one month agreement has been exhausted.

Terrible customer service! I paid for a premium plan and it has never worked immediately after paying it would pop up and say I entered my maximum I must pay for an upgrade however at that point I had not entered anything. I reached out to customer service and waited 3 days for a response and it said nothing about my issue. The response literally asked my what the issue is I was having and I had explained it in detail in my initial email when contacting customer service. So never have been able to use the app and lost my money that I had paid for premium service. I would not recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It's almost impossible to cancel your subscription. You cannot cancel from nyayam.org and have to email them, however, they will not get back to you to do so. I am now forced to go to my bank to put a stop payment to avoid future charges.
Not only am I paying for a service I can't cancel, the site keeps telling me that I need to upgrade to access the features I'm already unwillingly paying for.

This was an amazing service I am truly impressed with this software it analyzed my situation and gave me even more ideas on what to do in my situation

It's very hard to unsubscribe. I ended up going to my bank to reverse charges made to my credit card. My advice is only use the free service and don't give them your credit card details.

The legal expertise is fantastic. I cross reference to make sure everything is correct. I love the software. The only issue I have is the credits. It’s tough to afford the credits especially the $200 so I had to pause for a while, but I love the software and I will continue in the next 30 days to finish out the first part of my case. All lawyers should be afraid of your software my case centers around New York State family court specifically child support the judges, magistrates even the lawyers in my opinion are more focused on the money that they make, and the incentive vacation that the state gets from the government. fathers need to use this software.

I was just looking for Oklahoma probate law and I just it covers your site covers a wider range then I needed to be very specific

well just trying the service first time.spent the money, services were good moved to the higher subscription and was not impressed on case law most of the time stated case law was not about the case..you would look like a idiot trying to explain in court what took place. Dont think the research was done on program. for the most it did good...

Legal information is accurate. The level of sophistication is good. It develops serval layers of thought. The app is more aggressive than other ai apps. Could include less aggressive strategies so user can ponder what is best method to use under the circumstances. AI app recognizes threats well and provides useful solutions. Have not been able to get the paid app to work on my laptop. Little more difficult to use on my phone all the time.

I presented the facts of my divorce case. The response was too good to be true. It made me feel better until cynicism crept in. However, I saw the references in case law which supported my case. Still, there are no guarantees and I will leave things up to my attorney
