Terrible experience from start to finish. I placed an order and never got what I paid for. When I reached out for help, I was brushed off with a careless “it is what it is,” like my money didn’t matter.

No refund, no replacement, just attitude and excuses. And don’t be fooled by the glowing 5-star review they’re clearly fake. My experience was the complete opposite of what those reviews claim.

What’s worse is they’re still accepting new orders while ignoring past customers. That says everything about how this business is run.

I’m writing this so others don’t get scammed like I did. Stay far away

I love this company. Their customer service is great. Shipments are fast and their prices are really really good. I hardly ever go to an in person dispensary these days, (and I live in the East Village so they're are a lot around me!) - because NYCGLASS718 has what I need and usually at a better price. I love them! Great company. I would highly recommend!

They sell items they can’t deliver and then insult you when you ask for help!

If you like wasting your money, go ahead and order. I got nothing but attitude and excuses.

I placed an order, never received it, and when I asked for help, I was met with sarcasm and insults. Instead of solving the issue, they accused me of entering the wrong address (which was correct) and refused to contact USPS. Even though tracking shows the package stuck in their own zip code for over a month.

They take your money, put zero effort into fixing shipping problems, and treat customers with total disrespect. This is not just bad service. It’s a scam.

Avoid this site at all costs.
