One out of two items in my order ended…
One out of two items in my order ended up being on backorder which made the entire order late. I called and spoke with a rep to inquire about my options, I was advised that the item that was ready could be sent but it wouldn't be in the time frame that I had hoped. I was hoping for some form of sincere apology for the inconvenience bu upgrading my shipping to the next expedited shipping method, that was a complete bust they asked me to pay more money in order to do so. I recieved the hair and it's not at all what I expected. I am in complete agony over this install with this trash hair. I emailed customer service to refund me for the backorder hair.
