Terrible customer service. Nobody has shown up to collect the return and every customer service email is the same copy and pasting of response and it’s been 2 months of the same. Do not buy!

Their delivery partner, Blue Dart, is extremely rude and often delivers packages in terrible condition. The customer service team doesn’t take any action either.
Nykaa also sends products that look used, and many items I’ve received have arrived already opened.

The shelf life of the sent product is 2 years out of which 13 months has already passed now. And when I got the product, it has only 11 months to expiry.
I can accept if the product is like 4-6 months old and 1.5 yrs to expiry, but 11 months instead of 24 mnths is completely unacceptable.
Return was also not accepted when I gave this reason.

Delivery does not happen on time and the dates for delivery keep changing without prior intimation. It's a big scam they just take ur money and delay the delivery. There is no option to cancel the order and ask for refund their app is so pathetic that it has no contact number and the chat box or help center is a uter shit not at all useful.

I have been trying to connect with your customer care for the last 30 minutes with no response. This is honestly the worst experience. Your app keeps changing the delivery date unnecessarily and the order is being delayed again and again. On top of that, no agent or service representative is responding.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue publicly and tag your brand along with the consumer forums. Please resolve this at the earliest.

Nykaa has become the most unreliable shopping app ever. Every time I place an order, they delay it again and again and then suddenly cancel the whole order without even informing properly. Recently, I placed an order for 5 products using a valid coupon and only had to pay ₹9. But guess what? They cancelled EVERYTHING on their own! What kind of nonsense service is this? This isn’t the first time it happened and clearly, so many customers face the same issue. Nykaa should stop fooling people with offers they can’t even deliver and fix their pathetic customer service.

As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respectful behaviour, but this interaction was disappointing and completely unacceptable. I am highly disappointed with my recent Nykaa delivery experience. The delivery boy called me once to ask for my address, but he did not attempt to deliver the product. The next day, I received an update that my order was returned to the warehouse without any proper delivery attempt.
This is not the first time—previously, my order was also not delivered to my hometown, which is very frustrating.
Nykaa, I request you to please display the delivery boy’s contact number either on the app or at least in the SMS. It becomes extremely difficult to coordinate with the delivery person when there is no direct way to reach them.
Kindly escalate this issue to the concerned team handling delivery operations. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest.

I had a very disappointing experience shopping with Nykaa Fashion and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them. They completely fool customers by selling poor-quality products and hiding behind their non-returnable policy.
Recently, I ordered three coord sets from Nykaa. When the products arrived, I was shocked by the bad quality of the fabric and the terrible fit—completely different from what was shown in the pictures. Naturally, I tried to raise a return/exchange request, but to my surprise, Nykaa simply refused, saying these items were “non-returnable.”
This is completely unacceptable. Other trusted platforms like Myntra, Ajio, and even Amazon offer easy and hassle-free return or exchange policies, which shows they truly value their customers. But Nykaa’s approach clearly shows they only care about sales, not customer satisfaction.
I feel this was a total waste of money and an unfair experience. I’ll never shop from Nykaa again and would strongly recommend others to avoid this app and choose better, more customer-friendly platforms like Myntra or Ajio instead.

Despite multiple follow-ups, they've failed to collect the item, process the refund, or respond to my queries. Their customer service is unresponsive, and their return policy seems designed to frustrate customers.
I'm taking my complaint to the next level and will be sharing my experience on social media and with consumer protection agencies. If you're considering shopping with Nykaa Fashion, beware: they don't seem to care about their customers' time or money. I'm not going to let them get away with this poor service, and I hope others will join me in holding them accountable.
