A genuine product

Nylah products have delivered
Hi, first of all I'm not one for change. It took me a while but I eventually thought whilst some of products were running out to try some.. started with Flourish around edges- about 10 weeks into using am seeing positive changes; have now used shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner the last 3 wash days- shocked by softness; super seed oil - works for me having increased amount used; trying moisture spray daily which seems to work although prob need to do an interim rinse (between wash days) - just need to figure out that I'm using this in the best way. ALSO 😉.. forgot to say that my scalp was really irritated before but this is definitely easing too! Thanks for such great products!

Product ok but please don't subscribe
Had been using Flourish a few months - PLEASE NOTE I WAS USING FOR MONTHS **BEFORE** SUBSCRIBING so opted to try subscription but other than my hair feeling softer no marked improvement, this subscription is not cancellable until you have bought x3 bottles which is £87.60, not a small amount of money for a product that doesn't work! I have had to block with my bank but Nylah is relentlessly trying every single day to take money and I can't cancel, never had this scenario before, so my advice to customers would be use the product if it works for you but avoid subscription at all costs.

Flourish and Thrive very drying to my hair
I brought both Flourish and Thrive and religiously used these products over a period of 5 months. I purchased a total of 4 bottles of Flourish and 3 bottles Thrive. Both products left my natural hair feeling very dry and brittle. I found Thrive to be very harsh on my scalp; the burning sensation was unexpected and not very pleasant especially when used after newly washed hair.
Unfortunately, I did not see any results from either product. In fact, during the 5th month of use my hair started to shed which I found quite alarming. I am aware that there may be some shedding during the early stage of use, but I wasn't expecting shedding after over 20 weeks of use. To preserve the hair I had left, I stopped using both Flourish and Thrive and cancelled my subscription.
I have since consulted with an independent trichologist and have started laser treatment for hair loss to be followed by PRP. Thankfully, my hair has stopped shedding, and I am hopeful that I will see results over the coming months.

They’re enriched with clinically proven ingredients that help reduce dandruff, calm irritation, and create a healthy environment for stronger hair growth. It’s very unusual to hear feedback about dryness, especially as the serums are intended for the scalp only and not to be applied directly to the hair strands.
Regarding the burning sensation you experienced, this could indicate a sensitivity or allergic reaction to one of the natural active ingredients. If any irritation occurs, we always recommend stopping use immediately and reaching out to us so we can help. It’s surprising that you continued for five months while experiencing discomfort, we’d have loved the opportunity to assist and guide you sooner.

Made an order on the complete set; didn't get it for a few days. I sent an email, and it was answered the same day, informing me that the delivery will be next day, which I did receive. However, the conditioner was on their checklist but not in the box. I sent an email with pictures of the open box with 8 items instead of 9, so I'm awaiting their response. Seems like it’s not for me :(
I ordered the whole bundle. No issues with my order (the mist was sent promptly once back in stock). I began the Thrive serum (direct to scalp only) and accompanying capsules (day and night) on 27.08.2025. I used the moisture retention and oil sparingly every other day. I haven’t even used the mist yet. I have also gently massaged my scalp daily for 5-10 minutes all over. Anyway, today (15.09.2025) I have sadly decided to stop using the products due to experiencing significant hair loss. These are the only products I’ve been using since 27.08.2025... I have followed a routine religiously (surprised myself) and I hoped they would work but they have not and I’m too embarrassed to even post before and after pics. I’m sad, because what little growth I did achieve prior to Nylah has now been undone and like some other reviewers said, I too have noticed my hair feeling dry and brittle as time has gone on. I read the FAQs which said some hair loss is expected as the serum works to shed old and produce new (encourage the anagen phase I think) however I don’t think the hair loss I’m experiencing is a good sign at all. My loss is extending into other areas that were not even a problem area for me previously. Maybe it’s highlighting I’ve got more problem areas than I thought or could see. I don’t know. And I’ve been thinking what if it does work, to continue but tbh, I’m scared to keep going. So I’ve decided to stop and go back to the drawing board. I’ve also worked extremely hard prior to using Nylah on managing my stress levels, going back to the gym, incorporating a healthier diet and whilst I’ve considered these changes may be affecting my scalp/hair I’m just at a loss now that this is another product which just doesn’t seem to agree with me. I remain hopeful my hair will be restored one day though.

As you mentioned, some shedding can occur in the early stages of using a scalp stimulating product like Thrive. This happens because hairs in the resting (telogen) phase are released to make way for new growth in the active (anagen) phase. For some people this phase is barely noticeable, but for others it can feel much more pronounced. While this can be a normal biological response, I fully appreciate how worrying it feels when the shedding seems greater than expected or appears in new areas.
It is also worth considering that hair growth and loss are influenced by many overlapping factors including stress, hormones, nutrition, overall health and scalp condition. Sometimes lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise can temporarily shift the hair growth cycle too. This does not lessen the impact of what you are experiencing, but it does highlight that your hair is responding to a complex set of influences, not only the products themselves.
You have already taken some really positive steps such as regular scalp massage, improving stress management and following a consistent routine. Those are all supportive foundations for healthy growth. At this stage, I would encourage pausing product use if you feel uncomfortable, and seeking an in-depth consultation with a trichologist either with us or independently so that we can look at your scalp health, medical history and lifestyle factors together. That way we can determine whether what you have experienced is part of a normal shedding cycle or if another underlying cause needs attention.
I want to reassure you that shedding does not mean your progress is permanently undone. Hair follicles remain active, and with the right approach, many people do see restoration over time. Your hope for healthier, stronger hair is completely valid, and we would love to support you in exploring the next best steps.

Ordered 2 items on 9th Aug, still waiting for 1!
Ordered 2 items on 9th Aug, website did not state hair mist was out of stock, nor did delivery confirmation. Received 1 item within 5 days, several emails and 5 weeks later, still no sign of hair mist. Customer service does NOT respond within 48hrs, 1st email went unanswered for an entire week! I've been told that the item was marked as out of stock, not sure how I would have been able to place that order with a delivery time of 5 days? I was told on 15th Aug, I would get it wothin 2 weeks, now I've been told I was informed it would be
delivered by 12th Sep! I've just seen another review on the delay and Nylah has responded on 18th Aug, stating that Customer would receive it that week, so something doesn't sit right here.
Lesson for Nylah - DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY ON OUT OF STOCK ITEMS!!! Make it clear on your website if there is a delay, so the customer chooses if they want to pay and wait for weeks or in my case over a month! Not good service, even worse Customer service.

My Nylah Naturals journey
I have been using Nylah hair products since March, and I could not be happier with the results. I started with the shampoo and conditioner, and from the very first wash, I noticed a remarkable difference- my hair felt, softer, smoother and much easier to manage.
Soon after, I introduced the hair flourish restorative serum into my routine. I’ve seen visible improvements, especially around the front of hair and my hairline. The moisture retention leave-in cream became a daily staple, and once again, it delivered-my hair feels more hydrated and resilient.
When I braided my hair for holiday, I used the super seeds oil, and it was absolutely marvellous. It kept my scalp nourished and my braids looking fresh. I’ve not long ordered the hair Mist Spray and can’t wait to add this to my regimen.

The Moisture Retention Leave In Cream is exactly what my hair needed. It keeps my curls hydrated for days and makes detangling so much easier. My hair used to feel dry and brittle between washes but now it holds moisture and looks healthier. I also use the Maximum Moisture Hair Spray for refreshing my style and the two work beautifully together.
