Nylonz is our go-to outlet for all our retro lingerie requirements.

Over the years, Nylonz has always dealt with our orders punctiliously and despatched our goods promptly always reaching us two days after placing an order - fantastic when we consider the many miles they have to travel to reach us from Swansea.

Telephone calls to the company have similarly been answered promptly and we have always found staff friendly, polite and helpful in dealing with our enquiries.

As for the products sold on the Nylonz website, we can testify that they represent great quality and value for money. We find Nylonz’s products particularly satisfy our needs when retro-styled lingerie is needed.

Excellent company. Good products, service and price.

Disgraceful customer service.

Ordered from this company many times before and was always happy with the choice and quality. However their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.

Ordered on 21.11.23 with click and collect delivery for a local event, parcel arrived six days later when we were no longer in the area. They should rephrase the click and collect option on their website to “Click…wait a week….then collect”

Called their number several times with no answer, wrote an email on the 1.12.23 explaining I would like to cancel the order as it didn’t arrive at the collection point on time.

Four weeks later and several emails from my side, I’m still waiting for a refund of almost £100, no action at all from their side other than two extremely cheeky emails when asking regarding status.

Left with no option other than to raise a chargeback claim with my CC company.

Avoid at all costs! Seems I’m not the only one with issues regarding their customer service. Many others have had similar experiences below.

Have been using Nylonz for years always a great service and of course a fantastic product.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. This company has deliberately disassociated itself from (currently 50% at the time of writing) negative reviews by claiming this business website (nylonz.com) is not the same as the ‘other’ one on trustpilot (nylonz.co.uk) - when in fact they ARE the same company & both those web addresses lead to the same website (nylonz.com) with the same business address. So don’t be fooled, this is a clear ploy to avoid attention being drawn to people’s frequent negative experiences with this company! The proprietor is very prickly shall we say. If anything could be reasonably assumed to be the fault of the company regarding your order or its dispatch, rest assured it isn’t the fault of the company at all - it is YOUR fault for questioning them. And you will be banned from further purchases from them for having the temerity to question them! AVOID!

Edit: Business replied claiming Nylonz/ffnyl on eBay are not one & the same, this is a lie, eBay company information shows they are operating from the same address in Swansea and Nylonz is the head company name! Deceitful!

Edit 2: This company still insisting I’m telling porkie pies. If that’s the case and these two ‘entities’ are completely separate, how come this company (Nylonz.com) manage to obtain my correct Christian name from the ffnyl eBay order then? 😂 What a joke they are!

As a tgirl I am always in search of the best sources of suitable clothing - and for stockings and undergarments I have been a customer of theirs for some years and have yet to find anywhere which beats these guys for range, quality and service . I am working away from home at the moment so trying out the new click and collect option on delivery - very useful and means I am able to get the 8 Strap Power Lace Corselette I was looking at delivered to me where I am so I can use it this weekend . Perfect !
