Their clothes are cute, but definitely overpriced, especially with their shipping. You can get clothes delivered to you within a week at nearly any other online store, so why does it take Omighty over a month? I was especially disappointed when my items got put on back order. I waited nearly three months for my order to arrive, and emailed them, but still never received anything, so I ended up just requesting a refund instead. I’m not sure how they’ve become so popular when they run their business this way.

Je voulais rassurer car il y a beaucoup d'avis négatif. J'ai commandé sur le site le 04/04/22 et j'ai reçu ma commande aujourd'hui le 14/04/22 considérant que leur locaux son a Singapour, c'est rapide, avec en cadeaux un tote bag et des autocollants (j'ai aussi contacté le service client pour une question et j'ai eu une réponse sous 48H)
(Oui si votre commande dépasse les 50€ vous allez payer des frais de douane mais c'est valable pour toute commande venant d'ailleurs que l'Europe x) )

The worst company I have ever ordered from. Paid extra for faster shipping and received an INVALID tracking number. Tried contacting them on multiple platforms-email, instagram, and facebook. They never replied. My package never came. This place is a scam and their customer service is horrendous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.

Absolutely beautiful clothing pieces but do not let this fool you for the lack of customer care they have. I spent almost $200 on a set in November and I still haven’t received it. I contacted them multiple times and not once did they make an effort to try and help their customer. It was always “you refused this..you didn’t contact DHL… it’s not in our ability to help you.” I expected better from this brand considering that so many influencers are wearing them but instead I ended up with $200 stolen from me and not receiving my order.

Ordered from Omighty a few times now and the first couple of times went swimmingly. I don't know what's happened with them but I ordered 4 tops from their "sale" and paid for express shipping, my order arrived a month later and only 1 of 4 tops were actually sent. Trying to get through to them for a refund on the 3 missing tops is near on impossible. I'll order through a third party in future.

im so sorry for all the people spending their money on this website just to get Shein quality clothing. If you’re reading this, don’t even bother buying I beg you. The shirts are expensive but it’s not good quality it’s like you’re basically paying just for the omighty branding.
The shirts are thin and see-through (even the colored), they rip easy because of how thin, and they don’t hold up after a wash, the shirt will literally keep getting thinner.
They even messed up one of my orders and didn’t tell us for 2 months after it said my order was going to be shipped. It was one of the Keanu tops, i had to email and ask what was going on with my package and if it’s shipped but they said it was out of stock when I bought it??? They didn’t even say if they refunded us or not in the first email. I had to keep asking and asking.
This is all based of experience because I was foolish enough to think spending 48+ dollars on a shirt. Not even one shirt, I spent 100+ on this website thinking it’d get better. If I could get my money back I totally would.

I never received my items until i dmed them on instagram. if i didnt have a following they wouldn't have sent out the package next day. pretty alarming for a brand to prioritise influencers over it's actual customers?

bought some clothes during the Black Friday sale, and they just arrived 2 days ago at the time of writing this. i paid for the faster shipping, so i think it’s kind of ridiculous that it took about a month to get here but whatever. the items were packaged very nicely once they did arrive, but the customer service people through the email are pretty unprofessional. also i feel like the quality of their clothes have gone down a little as i noticed some wonky seams and a thinner material compared to older stuff that i have from this brand. overall a mediocre experience, but at least the clothes look cute on me and i got them for a decent price.

Virker lidt som et fup firma :') De har noget pænt tøj på billederne, men når man så modtager det (efter ufatteligt lang tid) er det elendig kvalitet.. Lever på ingen måder op til den ret voldsomme pris; virker lidt som sådan noget tøj man laver i Kina for 5 kroner og så sælger de det til 500. Og så skal man lige være obs på den vanvittige told, som jo gør det endnu dyrere.
Desuden virker det som om de glemmer ordrer, jeg havde ventet næsten to måneder, og skrev så en besked til deres kundeservice om, hvor min pakke blev af.. På magisk vis fik jeg en mail dagen efter om, at den var blevet sendt afsted. Kan så læse, at andre slet ikke modtager deres tøj. Så føler mig da lidt heldig på den front lol. Men ja, køber i hvert fald på ingen måde fra det firma igen, og vil på ingen måde anbefale det!

I would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order and paid $USD 25.95 for express shipping. The order was not booked for pickup to the shipper by Omighty. After many emails and inquiries as to why the tracking number kept saying it was invalid, I contacted DHL who confirmed that Omighty had not booked the order for delivery. My friend placed an order 2 days after me, paid for standard shipping and received her order and mine had not even been sent after 13 days. No response from Omighty, zero customer service, still awaiting my order. DO NOT BUY FROM OMIGHTY!!

Horrible customer service and poor quality clothes. Please don’t waste your money or time. Very disappointing.

horrible service. placed an order in nov 2020, it's now nov 2021 and omighty have not replied to any of my emails despite contacting them several times over the past year. asked for my money back and as soon as that happened they sent the order out, however delivery was not able to go through so was sent back. still waiting to here from them about a potential refund of reshipment.

I had a pretty good experience! super cute clothes. they are very expensive and kinda cheaply made but i think it’s worth it every once in awhile because you can’t find clothes like these anywhere else. i had pretty fast shipping even with the standard shipping, and it even told me the time with the tracking! i recommend waiting until a sale to buy the clothes and overall recommend the brand

The first couple of times I ordered from them, they took 5+ months to ship out a few items, even though actual delivery took a very short time from Singapore. I had to email them to get them to ship an order out at one point, and my friend had to email them 3 times to get a substantially large order sent out. I would give them 1 star for these prior experiences.

Lately, though, their shipping speed as improved a LOT. I put in 2 pretty big orders recently (within 3-4 weeks of each other), and both times these items shipped out and the delivery process began within hours or the next business day. My items came to AZ less than a week after they were sent out. Quality has improved compared to a few years ago, and they send out cute free totes and stickers with every order. I still think you're better off buying secondhand for better prices and shipping time, but it's worth a shot if you have a coupon code or buy stuff on sale!

if I could give negative stars I would. Clothes are obviously extremely cute but I ordered in January ( express shipping at that) and it’s almost September and it still hasn’t come. I hate to be a karen but in this situation I reserve Karen rights.

shipping and return fees are insanely high. very disappointed.

Shipping sucks. Ordered express on March 18 and still haven’t received my item. I know they send out on the daily to influencers but don’t prioritize their customers orders.

I waited over 3 months for two shirts.
The white “hellbound” shirt had a small yellow stain on it and the Bardot top looked NOTHING like the photos.
When I emailed them about the top looking nothing like the photos
(I asked if I could get a refund or if there was anything else they could do to rectify the situation) they just said they couldn’t refund me per their policy. That’s it.
Nothing about the fact that they sent me a shirt basically made with the wrong fabric/design.
I emailed them back and asked what would be done about the fact that they sent me a shirt that looked nothing like the photos and they just never emailed back.
I have emailed them about 4 times in 3 months and Nothing.
I waited 3 plus months and they are being rude/unreasonable to a long time customer. I’m so disappointed that they treat their customers like this.
It taints every piece I have from them now.

shipping is absolutely horrible, I know brands aren’t responsible for shipping but it took them 6 months to drop off my product to their carrier and for it to arrive. the design is cute and all but the fabric was not what I expected at all, it’s stretchy and elastic and looks cheap. Very disappointed.

ordered a shirt over a month ago and still haven’t received it or gotten an email response :(
