I got in touch with Rich, stating all my requirements, and everything was very smoothly arranged. I got a beautiful property, and all the recommendations about it quite smoothly. Rich, as well as the landlord were extremely flexible throughout the process. I would highly recommend Oakheart.

As a first time landlord I can’t thank Rich at Oakheart enough for making it such a smooth process. The marketing material was very professional and Rich found a very appropriate tenant all signed up within 24 hours of my flat going on the market. So to any new or existing landlords, I’d recommend you give Rich a call, he and the team at Oakheart are streets ahead of any other lettings agent I have ever encountered, who just offer such unreliable customer service. I was put in touch with Richard Baker to help me with a tricky tenant situation. I don’t have any business with Oakheart at the moment, however after the wonderful helpful advice Richard gave me, I will be very tempted to use them in the future! Richard was clear, knowledgeable and kind as his advice on this occasion was free. What a lovely experience and a credit to Oakheart!

I cannot fault the lettings team. They are up on all the ever changing legal stuff of having tenants & keep the landlords and tenants in good hands. I couldn’t believe a couple people left a bad review for this company but then I did notice those same people ONLY leave bad reviews for all companies they encounter. I don’t trust the type of reviewer who only complains, are they rude and bad tempered all the time, probably. Another letting agent wanted my business but I wanted the best.

As a first time buyer, avoid these people at all cost. Inflated the property way too high as soon as they see buyers intent, did not give out vital information and only about selling and making profits.

During our house search ,I met George and he understood my schedule for viewing, made the viewing experience easy ,still in the process but in all George is a good representative of oakheart properties. Look forward to moving in and completing all necessities

If you’re looking to sell or rent a property - I can not urge you enough to call Oakheart immediately, within hours Richard was able to meet and take down our requirements.

He used his experience to gauge our price point and narrow in on some properties. Some of which were yet to come to market! Putting us in the best possible situation.

Oakheart are excellent! I became an accidental landlord & they helped me through every step of the way, getting my property let in a super short time despite Xmas & the New Year getting in the way.
