Oakland Group Reviews

So polite and reliable, been using them for years and always happy with work and garden left clean and tidy at the end! Thanks so much:)

Floris and his team did another excellent job of pruning and cutting down trees in our garden again. Left the garden looking great and cleaned up all the debris. Can’t recommend them enough.

Very pleased with the work completed in my garden
Everything asked for was completed to a high standard
Will definitely use the Oakland Group again next time

Excellent again, really professional throughout. Kept us informed, Floris confirmed what we wanted as the work progressed, we had a great team, who left our trees in much better shape and were very tidy.

Always do exactly what they say everything is left clean and tidy.
I can highly recommend

Team arrived early and overcame a couple of unexpected issues as they completed the work. Very pleased with result and the review at the end of the day. Will happily recommend and use them again.

We have used Oakland for a number of years now, mainly for maintaining our hedges, but we have had them for removing trees and brickwall building. We have always been incredibly impressed by the service they provide. They work to a very high standard, are pleasant and courteous, and their communication is exceptional. Very good value too. All mess is cleared up. I would highly recommend Oakland Group.

Professional and hardworking company who ensure you get the job you are asking for. Quality of work is superb. Pleasant team who always tidy up after work is completed - you wouldn’t know they have been. I use both the landscaping and tree surgeon side of the business and highly recommend both teams.

What a great team we had lead by Gavin. Fantastic workers, all lovely and polite, leaving the garden neat and tidy. All the trees look great. I shall certainly be calling on them again. Thank you all so much

As always, Oakland carried out the work to a high standard and left the place clean and tidy. I would recommend them.

Friendly staff, left everything clean and tidy after pruning our magnolia tree. Punctual and reliable.

Floris and his team did a fabulous job, removing a dead cherry tree and pruning other large trees. The garden, terrace and front drive were left in immaculate condition. Brilliant job, thank you!

Professional engagement throughout from quotation to completing the work which involved removal of trees, ground clearance and installation of over 40 meters of fencing.
Kept site tidy, great communication throughout and returned unused material to minimise costs.
Highly recommend using this company who were also competitively priced.

Gavin, Craig and all the team at Oakland are, and always have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have carried out various projects at my last two and current home and always done a grand job. Gavin & team also take care of the grounds at my places of work and nothing is ever too much trouble! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Professional, hard working and honest team.

I, and members of my family, and friends, have used Oakland Group on many occasions during the last 10 years or so. I have used their Garden Tidy, Hedge, Tree and Landscaping services. Not once have they let me down. In every case, I have been delighted with the results. The most recent job during this summer was the installation of new decking and a pergola. They erected a new ornamental fence with horizontal timbers. In front of this they built a large brick raised planter, in which they planted a row of Red Robin trees, which will eventually create a tall screen to hide a building next door. Gavin, Craig and Jodi (Siblings & founders) are a delight to deal with. They are extremely courteous and friendly. They have often come up with ideas and suggestions, even when I thought I knew what I wanted. This a delightful and competent small family business, which I am very happy to support and recommend.

Excellent and punctual hedge cutting service. Would recommend.

Craig and his great team of four lads provided us with an amazing outdoor living space. They were meticulous from start to finish. Visiting twice before the date of works to go through our ideas first and then the professional plans they had drawn up to ensure it was exactly how we wanted it. It’s a shame I can’t post photos up here to show the final result but we are so pleased with our new space and have highly recommended Oakland Group to friends and family.

Fantastic experience, 1st class workmanship, and great dependable lads, I would definitely recommend

Excellent service from a very experienced and professional Oakland team.

They listened carefully to our requirements and exceeded our expectations. We liked their focus on sustainability - shredding all our garden waste and they left everywhere immaculate.

Highly recommended - we will book again.
