Be careful when you choose travel…
Be careful when you choose travel insurance. Oasis refused to pay out on the recent NATS / Air Traffic disruption... apparently that isn't a technical fault.
Also the process was clunky to make a claim and they also take way beyond the 48 hours they say to provide responses. Very Poor experience.

Looking in to your policy, I can see it was set to auto renewal at the point of purchase, and a series of renewal invites were sent to the email address listed on the policy.

When registering for MyOasis, we do ask customers to have a password which contains upper and lower case letters, one digit and at least one special character to ensure this is secure.

Economical but read the fine print!
Got an excellent and affordable travel policy form oasis via Money Supermarket. Easy to set up but was short on detail. Major medical, lost luggage, legal cover were £0 excess, however, when final policy came through other items were £95 excess, which I felt should have been declared to allow proper comparison with other policies. However, given the level of coverage and price I’ve paid for annual worldwide cover, still happy with the policy. Cannot comment on service and truthfully, hope not to need it this year!
