The product is well made and so far fits all my needs. I haven't gone anywhere with it yet, anxious to see how it loads in and out of the car. It is narrow enough to manuever easily thru my home. Just what I was looking for.

Thank you OAS for a fabulous product OAS Ultra !! Even though i have only had my Ultra for a few weeks it has changed my life physically and emotionally. The Ultra is very comfortable and glides across our 60 yo hardwood floors. Our smaller doorways and hallway are a breeze with the smaller footprint of the Ultra. Now i feel like i have more options to enjoy life and am able yo go about more by myself than having to depend on my gracious family to push me or help manuver me about. My outlook now is looking to brighter more fulfilling days using my OAS Ultra. More physical and mental freedom is wonderful !! Getting loaded and unloaded in a vehicle is so much easier and actually to move about outside on my own in my home-state of Florida is so amazing i have no words !

Great customer service people they were so helpful and know their product inside and out . The power chair is just what it was advertised as being. Mechanics and operation is so smooth and reliable. Delivery was fast!

I have the OAS Air Ultra and I really enjoy using it. It folds up easily and fits well in my car. I recently took it on a 10 night cruise and visited 4 different countries. I had no problems maneuvering around the ship and exploring the ports. The dual batteries really came in handy.

I’ve had a really good experience with the OAS Air Ultra so far. I have mobility issues, so having a power wheelchair that is easy to use and easy to take with me makes a big difference.

What I like most is how lightweight and compact it is. It folds up nicely and fits in our vehicle, and my kids have even been able to help load and unload it. I’ve used it around the house, while shopping, and outside on sidewalks and grass, and it has handled everything well.

There was a little bit of a learning curve with the controls at first, but once I got used to it, it became much easier to drive smoothly.

It has been comfortable to sit in for longer outings, and it has made it easier for me to get out and do things without worrying as much about how far I’ll have to walk.

Overall, I’m very happy with the Air Ultra and with my experience with OAS Mobility.

I really thought about this purchase before taking the plunge and decided to do it because I needed to get my mobility back! It started off rough because my scooter started giving me an error code. So I emailed the company and they are such caring and nice people. They helped me with the return and exchange every step of the way! I’ve gotten my new scooter and I’m enjoying it! It’s a Godsend to someone who suffers from Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis! I have difficulty walking , the only thing is it’s too heavy for me! I need someone with me to lift it but hopefully once I get my strength back I’ll be able to manage by myself! This company is awesome! So yes I would recommend this scooter just wish it was a little lighter!

This chair is terrible on the way it was built and it hurt my wife with it not locking in to place while she was sitting in the chair.When it first arrived in March it had a broken wheel.I dont know how you stay in buisness.I would not recommend this chair to no one.

Ordered 1 day, shipped the next. I received on 9/3/26 and couldn't be more satisfied. They had PINK in the lightweight foldable electric wheelchair and its been a dream so far! I have reached out to Customer service a few times asking questions and making a suggestion and they have replied FAST! I made it 14 years longer than the doctor ordered me to be in a chair! Now, I have finally come to terms with the fact that YES I do and I found the perfect one, thanks to OAS MOBILITY!

The wheelchair folds so easily, is light enough that I am able to get it in and out of the car on my own, and is very comfortable. I am so thankful for the extra freedom it has given me. The customer service deserves 5 stars alone. They respond quickly, are eager to help to fix the issue, and even reach out after to make sure it worked for you.

I would give them higher star rating if their website would work. Constant crashing and I can't look at anything besides their chairs which are all sold out. If I can't find out what the shipping policy is without the site crashing, it needs fixing.

Broken joy stick within 51 days and the replacement chair was broken out of box. Massive manufacturing discrepancies.

The reply implies they made right. I went 3 months with only broken wheelchairs and I do not feel like I received a safe and ok product. The solution is just to not send another after sending me a horrific chair. I want it known that they could not get a chair to me and by actively working, they mean shipping it back.

I received my OAS Mobility Cruise Pro wheelchair prompty and securely. The chair is everything. It provides long lasting support and comfort and allows me to participate in activities I'd normally have to stay in bed from. The headrest offers beautiful support to my head and neck, while the reclining feature helps maintaining my symptoms that worsen while being upright AND helps stretch out my pain filled back. The delivery time was swift and I recieved my package well-cared for with support to make sure damage isnt acquired during shipping. Overall, I really love my chair and appreciate the team at OAS Mobility for what they do. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! :)

I purchased my pink OAS Air Pro in May 2026 after a last-minute realization that my new mobility limitations might prevent me from attending EDC Las Vegas, a massive 3-day music festival I had been looking forward to all year. I was a relatively new wheelchair user and had no idea how I was going to navigate an event of that size, but I decided to take a chance on the Air Pro.

EDC was the first real test of my chair—and what a test it was. The festival draws enormous crowds, and I was nervous about navigating them in a power chair for the first time. The Air Pro’s compact size and maneuverability made getting through the packed festival grounds surprisingly manageable. I even spent portions of EDC exploring completely on my own, something I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do with my new mobility limitations.

I went into that weekend hoping my wheelchair would simply allow me to attend. Instead, I came home realizing how much freedom it could give me.

After EDC, I started incorporating the Air Pro into my everyday life, and the difference has been dramatic. Using my chair when I need it allows me to conserve my energy for the things that actually matter to me. I’ve been able to get out more, explore my city, spend time with friends, work, attend events, and become more involved in my community.

That increased independence has also allowed me to give back. I’ve become involved with my city’s disability council, where I have the opportunity to work toward better accessibility for others. Reliable mobility doesn’t just help me get from one place to another—it allows me to show up, participate, contribute, and advocate.

In many ways, I am now more independent than I was even before the onset of my disability.

After months of real-world use, I’ve also come to appreciate how practical the Air Pro itself is. It’s lightweight enough that, on good days, I can carry it up short sets of stairs and load and unload it from my car myself. Folded, it fits in the trunk of my VW Beetle. Unfolded, it’s compact and maneuverable enough for enormous festival crowds, busy city streets, public transportation, restaurants, and other tight spaces.

I’ve definitely taken it beyond smooth indoor floors, too. It’s gotten me across grass and gravel parking lots, and its light weight means friends have even been able to help me carry it across terrain like sand when necessary. The controls are smooth and intuitive, and I especially appreciate the automatic braking when I release the joystick. It's worth mentioning I life in the San Francisco Bay area and it handles so much more of the city than I expected. There of course are always safety limitations with some hills, but this chair continues to impress me and those around me.

And can we talk about the PINK?

Mobility aids don’t have to feel clinical. Finding an affordable power chair that met my practical needs and came in exactly the kind of pink I would have chosen myself genuinely made me excited to use it. I’ve since added adhesive lights for some extra visibility, safety, and personality, and my chair feels like an extension of me rather than something I have to hide.

Becoming a wheelchair user has completely changed my understanding of what independence and mobility can look like. My Air Pro doesn’t represent losing mobility to me—it gives me more of it. It lets me participate in the world on days when my body otherwise wouldn’t allow me to.

I bought the Air Pro hoping it would get me through EDC Las Vegas. I didn’t expect that I’d be independently exploring one of the largest music festivals in the country in it—or that a few months later, I’d be able to say that my wheelchair has helped me become more independent, more involved in my community, and better able to give something back to it.

For me, that’s what mobility is supposed to do.

I was impressed with the ease of the ordering process and very timely shipping! We had what we needed at a reasonable price without having to jump through all the hoops required by insurance and waiting three months before getting what we needed. I have recommended OAS to others already and have been very impressed with our OAS Air Ultra.

I can't say enough great things about OAS Mobility and the Air Ultra power wheelchair. As someone living with POTS and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), finding the right mobility aid has been life-changing.

Before receiving the Air Ultra, I only had a rollator wheelchair that no longer met my needs. It eventually broke, leaving me without any mobility assistance and feeling helpless whenever I left home. As my FND episodes and seizures became more frequent, I needed a reliable power wheelchair as quickly as possible.

At the time, I was preparing to travel out of state for intensive FND treatment and had only a few days to find a chair that could travel with me. My biggest priorities were portability, airline compatibility, lightweight construction, long battery life, comfort, and the ability to handle different types of terrain. After researching numerous options online, I came across OAS Mobility, and the Air Ultra checked every box.

One of the first things that stood out to me was the wider, ergonomic seat. Comfort was extremely important because there are days when I need to remain seated for long periods of time, and this chair has been much more comfortable than many others I considered. The dual battery system provides up to 15 miles of travel, which gives me peace of mind knowing I don't have to constantly worry about running out of power. Having two batteries is an added bonus for longer outings.

The Air Ultra also folds easily and fits in the trunk of my vehicle without taking up much space, making transportation simple. Its 360-degree joystick makes maneuvering through crowded stores, restaurants, and even tight spaces in my home effortless.

One of my favorite ways to use the chair is during evening walks—or "rolls"—with my husband through our neighborhood and local parks. Some areas have little to no lighting, so the built-in front light has been incredibly helpful for seeing where we're going. I also appreciate the strobe light feature, which makes me much more visible to drivers when crossing streets or traveling near traffic.

Because of my sensory sensitivities from FND, the reverse beeping sound on many power wheelchairs can actually trigger seizures. I was pleasantly surprised that the Air Ultra allows you to disable the reverse alarm permanently instead of having to turn it off every time you power the chair back on. That thoughtful feature has made a huge difference for me and is something I genuinely appreciate.

Performance-wise, I have had no issues navigating ramps, grass, dirt paths, or uneven outdoor surfaces. The wheels handle a variety of terrain well, and the motors provide plenty of power to get where I need to go confidently.

Another feature I use regularly is the adjustable armrests, which allow me to pull all the way up to tables when eating or working. The bright LED display is also easy to read, even in direct sunlight, making it simple to monitor speed and battery life while outdoors.

I also want to recognize OAS Mobility's customer service. From the beginning, their communication has been prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Although I haven't experienced any problems with my chair, it was reassuring to know they offer a 7-day return policy with return shipping covered if the chair isn't the right fit for you. That policy made me feel safe with my purchase because it showed they stand behind both their products and their customers.

Overall, my experience with both the Air Ultra and OAS Mobility has been outstanding. This wheelchair has given me back a level of independence that I had lost, allowing me to travel, participate in daily activities, and enjoy time outdoors with much greater confidence. More importantly, I feel supported by a company that truly cares about the quality of its products and the people who rely on them.

Everything went great

I am living with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. To say the least I can only walk with assistance. I use a rollator on the main floor of my split level house. I used to struggle with going to my doctors appointments with the entire process of getting to the car, then getting in the office and the to the visit room. I now can do this effortlessly.
At home I am a musician and play out in the Newark Delaware area. I now can access the venue and stage. The maneuverability in a confined area to set my gear up is excellent and while playing the retractable arms of the OAS Air Ultra make holding a guitar and singing possible. The seat is comfortable enough to be idle for hours at a time. My girlfriend is my caregiver and is 5’3” 115 lbs and can lift the unit in and out of the vehicle with ease.
My quality of life has improved significantly now ic enjoy gardening and walks with the dogs freely. The turn radius of the OAS Air ultra is such that I can completely turn around on a standard pallet width (39”). I have raised garden with a pallet boardwalk for accessibility..
I have had the unit for a week and the battery hardly moved from full charge while using it 10 hours a day. This unit is so much more reliable than other wheelchairs I’ve owned and recommend it for the best cost effective unit available.

Easy to assemble without tools. The Air Ultra wheelchair allows me to leave the house without fear of falling and is almost 200 pounds lighter than my previous wheelchair. It is still too heavy for me alone but two of us can put it in the trunk of a Honda Civic.
