sent the item but refund procedure terrible. only replied after opening a dispute, told me to return the item to a different address to the shipping address, then once dispatched provided a second address in china. absolute scammers

OK first off guys I just wanna say that I never write reviews. But this was so bad and so frustrating that there is no way that I can let other people go through this because I own a mechanic shop and I wouldn’t want someone that runs a business like I do to go through the same thing.
1. The first thing is that when you buy a top-of-the-line scanner that has The VCI that is meant to program all kinds of modules you would expect it to do so. You had to download drivers onto your laptop so that you can program BCM,TCM, ECU, etc… Whenever you download these drivers, you have the possibility of locking yourself out of your own scanner and not being able to update it, and then the VCI will lose communication from the scanner and you will not be able to even use it to scan a check engine light. Usually, that would not be an issue because if it is, you just call customer Support and they will help you through it. WRONG!!!!! If you buy any product from this website, there is no over the phone customer support and since they are based in China, they will not respond until midnight so you will be trying to resolve an issue for weeks if they resolve it for you because they never resolved mine. And then they tried to blame me for the scanner messing up that it was designed to be used according to their listing for the scanner. How can you say the scanner programs all types of vehicles and modules and then when you try to use it for that they blame you for something going wrong.
2. The next Thing is all of their communication is through email and WhatsApp. There is absolutely no communication over the phone. You cannot call or contact them during United States business Hours of operation. Getting in contact with them is like pulling teeth. Also, whenever you do message them and they do message back, they send you to somebody else which is also on WhatsApp or email and that person can take 3 to 4 days to message you. I’ve either WhatsApp messaged or emailed 5 to 6 different people to no resolve. It even got so bad as to one of the people sent me back to one person that I was already sent to and told me to return the machine and they won’t take it back so when you buy something don’t expect to ever be able to return it.
3. There is absolutely no tech support. There’s no way for you to get in contact with them to be able to be walked through the issue that you are experiencing. If you Run into any type of issue you are on your own up the creek without a paddle. If you can’t figure it out you’re going to have to buy a new scanner because no one over here is able to figure out the software. Most of these scanners have the software built in and if the VCI stops communicating, it will never connect again until they do it and getting them to help you do it is impossible remotely.
4. If you call Launch USA, they will tell you that this is an overseas model and they have no support to be able to help you resolve any kind of issues that you may have. There is a great customer support System for Launch USA they will help you with Absolutely anything that could go wrong at any moment in time, but if you buy it from this website, they cannot help you.
5. My issue all started when I was on the Chevrolet TDI website. The VCI would not work Even though I downloaded the correct drivers. I have a friend that has a autel. I downloaded the drivers and it worked perfectly. I was able to program three transmissions that day alone. So trust me when it comes to programming I know what I’m doing and I did everything correctly. It’s just the products that come from this website.
To wrap up my review I just wanna say that if I could do this all over again I definitely would not purchase from this website because even though it says unlocked IP address that you can use it absolutely anywhere in the world that does not mean that it’s good. If you have any issues with the product, you will not have any kind of customer support. There is no one for you to pick up the phone and call because you have an issue. My issue has been so frustrating. Imagine you spending $2500-$3000 on a product that three months down the line doesn’t work anymore In any way shape or form. Right now, my scanner is just a humongous paperweight. Everyone, please be weary of what you’re purchasing. Just because the price is cheaper, doesn’t mean it’s better. I learned that the hard way hopefully this helps someone and you don’t have to learn the hard way like me. There are some people that are just regular mechanics that can use this as a scanner for I don’t know how many years but if you ever try to use it to the fullest of what they say, it can do it will not work.

This is a scam site you pay and they never ship your product phone number doesn't even work stay away from this site when it did show it didn't work and they never helped me . had to have bank charge them on credit card. This place is just a scam sell you some garbage. Then they want you go on teamview and give them your password so they can take control of your computer and steal more from you.

Bought an VNCI for Ford. I have a Ford Focus 2020 and doesn't work. It's very slow (17ms in forscan and doesn't even read the modules), 1:20min in fdrs to read the modules and doesn't read them all. If you buy something from them, pray that you don't have any issues because you will recieve 0 answers and help. I have contacted through the website, by email sending photos that it does not work, videos and photos by WhatsApp, no response. I hope that PayPal solve something after the claim, because I do not know how else to contact them and that they respond to me

L’appareil fonctionne très bien. Un problème a même été détecté sur une GM Malibu 2009 quand l’appareil de Snap-on a échoué. J’ai un gros respect pour les produits Snap-on que je considère le top. Quand je constate qu’un appareil dans les 400$ dont je ne connais pas le produit offre une telle performance en comparaison d’un autre à 3,500$, je me dis que je dois continuer de la tester.
