Pessimi, ho chiesto info sulla compatibilità e solo dopo aver acquistato mi hanno risposto che non era compatibile e che avevano già inviato. Fatto la pratica per rimborso ho dovuto spedire a mie spese e loro non mi hanno rimborsato. Alla richiesta via mail hanno risposto con risponditore automatico. Ladri e truffatori come questi dovrebbero stare in galera.

Absolutely outstanding service in assisting to update and register second hand x300DP.

Apparently I had an issue with my x300dp, at some point my vci got stolen but I managed to buy another 1 but it couldn't match with my tool but with the help of Obdstar team I got it working again n I thankyou guys sooooo much the service was on another level.....

I got delivery to Poland. Everything Ok.

The device stops working on certain models when new updates are sent.when informing the obdstar service department they do not reply to your email and when they do they say engineer is working on the problem but it's never resolved.Cars that worked perfectly will just not work after automatic updates are sent to the device.Be advised this is not a reliable tool and there is no after sales service when u have a problem with it.Rather purchase xtool or vvdi products much better after sales service with engineers that do not break one thing trying to update another.i have a email trail of the number of emails to them highlighting genuine problems where they admit to it being their error but do not rectify leaving u with a device that no longer works for what you had purchased it for

The obdstar very crappy tool and after 1 year no software and the tablet is only for garbage or pay 350 dollars for update and no work on any cars price crappy tools don't buy lost money
