Let's be honest - it's a jungle out there when it comes to music promotion. Which is why I truly appreciated working with Matt from Obsidian PR. Matt helped me build real listenership and followers for my single "Work of Art". I'm definitely going to work with him on my full EP. He also takes time to build communities of musicians and creators. It's the real deal in an increasingly artificial world.

I had an excellent experience working with Matt at Obsidian Music PR & Media on the campaign for my single “Cursed.” Communication was clear and professional throughout, and the campaign delivered meaningful results across both radio and Spotify.

One of the things that impressed me most was the continued support beyond the original campaign period - I’m still seeing radio activity from the work he put in, which says a lot about the effort and relationships behind the campaign. Matt also took the time to understand the music and the project rather than treating it like a generic promotion package.

Obsidian did a fantastic job with a Spotify campaign for our lead single (alternative rock band). From the start of the cooperation, Matt has been very transparent about the progress of the campaign and kept on pushing our song to more and more curators, which resulted in a very high popularity index for the new single. I highly recommend working with him, especially coming from a disappointing campaign run by another PR agency, which had a "set and forget" approach.

Our band, Vintage Blonde Chicago, didn't really know where to go or what to do once we finished our project. The album went out on all platforms and after an initial surge, listeners and streams stalled out. Obsidian was able to increase our Spotify listeners, added us to playlists, and put us over 1000 streams on the song that they promoted. They also got us airplay on several radio stations all over the world. All of that in just one month! We have tried other play listers and promoters, but Obsidian had the best results in the shortest amount of time. We will use them again.

My band's second single was released last Monday and Matt was straight onto the campaign the day before. Within a week our Spotify monthly listeners have more than doubled and we've had an excellent review from Loud Women. Matt has checked in with me every day and we are looking forward to the remainder of the campaign.
