I ordered 5l of hand sanitiser, it came promptly with no fuss or bother.
The first time I ordered I forgot to get the version with a pump on top, again it was no trouble to alter my order and get the right one.

Still not received goods a week later
Still not received goods a week later. We have now run out. Chased by phone to Oceanfree Customer services yesterday (26.4.21) as Hermes tracking said they could not deliver twice last week as they could not gain access. We have still not heard back from them.
We dispute Hermes could not get entry as we are a school with vehicle access gates with a buzzer to gain entry. We get deliveries from all sorts of suppliers every day. There is also a pedestrian path with access to the school Reception which can be clearly seen from the vehicle entrance gates.
