Refund only after escalation – additional costs not reimbursed!
I returned items from order 5931032/2026 (Return No. OU/297027/2026) from Germany to Poland. The parcel was delivered on February 6th, 2026.
The refund was not processed within the legal timeframe and only happened after multiple reminders, a formal deadline, and escalation to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).
Additionally, I had to pay 16€ for return shipping, although Ochnik’s website clearly stated that returning via GLS Parcel Shop should cost only 10 PLN. No return label was provided, so I had to organize and pay for international shipping myself. Ochnik refused to reimburse these costs.
The return process for international customers is misleading, unfair and unnecessarily complicated.
