I had ordered a pair of Celine Shadow sunglasses. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour but realized right away. They put my order on hold no problem and got me the right colour that i wanted. Jennie who helped me with my order was super sweet and accommodating! i got my sunglasses the day after they were shipped (i live in Canada so it was surprising how fast they came) I will definitely order from this company again!

Well selected, well priced. Delivery was super fast. OCO I will be back!

Eye test perfectly OK - optometrist was good.
But customer service was awful. In the store, the assistant wasn't attentive enough - always watching the door. Told contact lenses would be ready in a few days; was called 8 days later to be told they were ready for collection - but when I then went to the shop, it was closed (and always is on Mondays, I am now told )
Returned the next day, they can't find the lenses. Left alone in empty store for 20 minutes with clattering noise downstairs, then presented with excuses not explanations, with blame being placed on absent members of staff.
Insist this is resolved before I leave.
Eventually resolved after another 40 minutes with lenses found and an offer of compensation..

Same day delievery, great customer service and I love my Glasses. I will be getting my next pair from them.

Brilliant service in store and online. Will definitely be buying from OCO again. Sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy at all, the online process was also very easy to navigate and the option of same day delivery is great.

I booked an eye test on line and visited the store for advice on sunglasses and precription glasses. Great service during the eye exam followed by a run through of options. Very friendly and patient staff gave me great advice on frames and I left with a great pair of sunglasses and plans to pop back for my next pair of glasses. Amazing range of frames. Customer service is also top level. I had to exchange some frames and it was made so easy. They are the only online opticians that offer free returns so you don't pay for postage. You can drop them off at various London Doddle locations
Lastly they also have a store in central London so you can try frames on before you buy

Am amazed at how quickly and seamless the entire process was. Sunglasses arrived nicely packaged in the specified timeframe. Very professional website will definitely buy again.

Ordered a pair of Dita frames at 4.30 p.m and received them the next day. Lost the Dita case the frames came in a few months later and they were kind enough to replace it free of charge.

I ordered my glasses on Smartbuyglasses' website (who claim to have the best prices) first and they were telling me that the item was out of stock and that I would have to wait 10 more days. After waiting for more than 3 months I gave up and discovered the wonderful website of OCO Glasses. I ordered my prescription glasses with them and got higher quality lenses than on the other website I ordered; all of that for a lower price. I ordered on a Saturday, my glasses were dispatched on Monday and I got them by Tuesday. I am extremely happy with OCO Glasses' service, which was efficient and swift, and will definitely be recommending them to my friends!
