Set up an account with octobet last week, put a couple of bets on everything was fine.

Yesterday I put in around £130 withdrew £700 then another £1300 then all of a sudden had to do a KYC which was fine. Gave them all the documents they wanted was getting replied too within half a hour. Last email I received was at 1pm and now my account is temporarily locked. Looks like I’ll never see that money. Place is a scam! Stay away

All requested documents were submitted. I only received an initial email confirming receipt, and since then I have had no response. My emails are not being answered.

There is £976 in my account, and I am unable to make a withdrawal. I am concerned that I may never receive this money.

My withdrawal request was submitted on 15/11/2025 and got cancel a few weeks after

New users are still being allowed to register, and this situation needs to be addressed to prevent others from potentially being affected.

Please do not use this site, you can deposit as much as you like and lose, as soon as you try to withdraw they will ask you for KYC. I submitted and now they have closed my account. The customer support is terrible. I deposited £422 and tried to withdraw £1700. I will never see that money again.

I have made a couple of deposits and three withdrawals one withdrawal was over 1k and got a know your customer (kyc) request I sent the required information in and was paid out within 7 hours the slots are fair and bonus rounds pay

This is the worst online bookmaker going, they do not pay your money back if you want to make a withdrawal. Please do not use this site, the customer support is non existent.

I decided to give this casino a go today although after reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive. I need not have worried. I requested a withdrawal and a few hours later I received a request for documents to prove my identity. I sent them in and my withdrawal was my account less than half an hour later. I don’t understand why so many people have written bad reviews. I had no issues with them and I ll use them again.

Such a shame as you have a great site, but if you think I'm sending you the amount of private info you are requesting, you must think I'm an idiot. Scam site sadly.

Avoid company! I won £400 of which they approved without any issues, I continued to play and deposit and eventually won another £600, this time they refused to pay out saying they needed documents.

The justified the reason for needing these and I happily supplied the documents, they then came back asking for more of which i then supplied this, however since this point they have refused to have any contact with me via email, they are not responding to my complaint and they also haven't processed my withdrawal.

I have now self excluded with them as i ain't interested in being associated with a company that feels its acceptable to break the rules set by the UKGC.

I do also intend to take this further!

the UK government and the Gambling commission could care less if the games are controlled they should be ashamed to issue licences out like sweeties its all corrupt stop issuing licences for these scam traders.

I have had a good run this evening and attempted to withdraw my winnings. I’m disappointed that I have been asked to verify things only when I attempted to withdraw. No documents were requested from me before this, my account says age verified and nothing specific is asked for. Then when I tried to withdraw I received an email. I’m now wondering why this wasn’t sent before I was allowed to deposit numerous times! I have done my best to send what I’ve been asked to. I hope this will be sorted quickly and my winnings paid without further hassle. I would have given a 5 star review, but for this. Bets were taken without a problem and winners were paid quickly. I was impressed! I will update my review to 4 stars when I receive payment, but even it is immediate, I don’t think it’s right to only request documents for a withdrawal! I have completed the verification and been paid in good time, so I have updated to a 4 star review.

Finally woke up to Octobet stay clear is best advice I can give honestly it’s not being a sore loser it’s just seeing that your being robbed blind I won few quid on the horses and was winning few quid on casino games but made complaints about how the games ( 5 lions in particular) were playing ie you could see every time you spun the reels but was told all their games were fair anyway what took the biscuit was that when I tried to log in after 7pm I got the message access denied when asked customer service about this their reply was mustn’t have internet coverage lols sitting in my living room full WiFi so they are full off it steer clear my gambling comrades👍

I spent more than 500 pounds, with prizes included in this game (Madame Destiny) I went to the game (3 balls) more than ten times and as everyone knows it can give between 5 free games up to 12 and can multiply from 2 to times 3 to times 5 to times 10, 15, 20, and 25, but the RANDOM or the PAYOUTS were against me, this is because it never went over times 5., my conclusion is that this is all done, they gave me payment up to 50 pounds and it didn't go beyond that. Stay away from this house, but very far away. ALL DONE
