Beware, International Customer!
I placed my order over 1 month ago and paid for international delivery ($30). Til today nor me, nor octocurl know where my shipment is! When I requested a refund, I’ve been told that I need to wait until November 12, when they can file a claim. I have paid a hefty charge for delivery, order from other decent companies in the US regularly and NEVER face this problem!
I really strongly recommend you are careful with this company, as they seem a scam.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
We are not a scam—we take pride in providing reliable service to customers worldwide. As a courtesy, we offer international shipping without any added fees beyond what carriers charge. In fact, we purchase shipping insurance on behalf of our international customers to help protect against the occasional unpredictability of overseas deliveries.
If an issue arises, we file a claim with the carrier to seek reimbursement so that we can refund the customer. While this process can take some time, it’s designed to ensure fairness and protection for both parties.
For full transparency, our international shipping policy is clearly outlined here: https://www.octocurl.com/pages/international-shipping.
We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
