I ordered a Porsche advent calendar for Christmas. It didn't get to me until over a month after the holidays AND it wasn't what I ordered at all. It was a catalog of classic Ferraris. What am I supposed to do with THAT? They sent me some stupid stock email and that's been the end of it. Fortunately, it was only around $30, but it's still offensive that they're scamming people on the regular.

It’s really a scam, I ordered a remote control car. Relatively cheap but they sent a worthless die cast car instead. I assume to show the delivery as completed. No response from them.

Horrible horrible products!!! I’ve tried 3 times contacting for a refund and have not gotten a response. I ordered the sleeping otter that resembles the fisher Price sleeping otter, and it is very very, very bad quality. Do not order from this company.!!

I placed an order in December but the item I ordered never arrived. However, I do recall getting a random toy catalog in the mail. They used the tracking of the catalog as proof that they sent my order so I couldn't make a claim with PayPal. Whole thing was a scam.

Same fake company as Bearrus.com that does business in China. They send counterfeit products but use the real brand's images to pass them off as their own. Read their return policy. They don't state where you have to send the products back to for a refund nand don't offer 100% refunds. Just like Bear R Us, you have to email them first.

Additionally, I've contacted WS Game Company to advise them that Octopus Mood Toy has stolen their images.

If I could leave -0000000 stars I would. SCAM company ordered December 7th sent multiple emails no response, after seeing the reviews I put a dispute in through my bank sure enough a day later they told me to log into PayPal and remove the chargeback..PayPal nice try 🙄..I got the package today 01/23/25 and it was a torn up booklet!!! With crushed up cookies!!! not even close to what I ordered. Thank god my bank already said I won the case..waste of time tbh!

Ordered a toy paid for expedited shipping product still has yet to arrive. They will not answer their phone. They will not answer their email. Have to wait to get my money back. Thank God I used PayPal awful company. Scam scam scam

Not that this review will matter, but this is an absolute scam of a company. All you get is bogus info and if you contact them you get the same reply over and over and over. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY"

Should have checked reviews but this is the first time I have had a bad experience with an online company of this horrible of magnitude.

If I could rate no stars then that what they would have got. Ordered something on December 4th and still haven’t received it. No customer service or way to contact them. Do not waist your money.

This company is most likely a scam. Emailed them for a refund after 3 weeks of my order not being processed to which they instantly sent me an a "congrats, your order has shipped" they sent some sketchy tracking thing from China with no forward movement in the package after a week. Still waiting and even if it isn't a scam, they are a drop ship company so don't expect to get your package for more than 2 months.

Scam. Paid for expedited shipping but took weeks to get here. The address on their website is in Canada but this is a Chinese company. The item I got was counterfeit…it looks like the official squishmallows advent calendar, but contained tiny rubber toys and not plushies. The Pokémon calendar was the cheapest thing imaginable.

I ordered an advent calendar in November for Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. It’s is a week from Christmas and the item just passed through customs in California. The calendar will not arrive by Christmas and was supposed to be used to count down to Christmas! A waste of money and extra money for faster shipping. Customer service response is minimal and the company does not care.

I will never buy anything from outopus mood toys again I ordered something before valentines paid extra for fast delivery and I still don’t have it and it’s 3/1/23 that’s so sad that you try to order something and didn’t get it I have tried to call get a busy signal and they will not answer emails

They ought to be ashamed of themselves! I bought galaxy Tamagotchi but received something totally different. I've tried to email and call for over a month and not a single reply! They are a scam!!! Zero customer support!

Scam! Agree with everyone else. It’s been over 2 weeks since items were supposed to be shipped. Tracking number can’t be tracked anywhere and I paid for expedited shipping (2-3 business days) and still haven’t received my order. Multiple un answered emails and phone calls. DO NOT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPLANY.

100% a scam. They quote a fake guaranteed shipping time, then they never ship it, they just print the shipping label. When contacted why my order was not being taken to USPS they said that orders are backed up for 4 months. Then ignored all requests for customer service. Absolute scam, no question.

Scam! Took my money and never shipped the toy!

Just like the others, they took my money but have not delivered the plushy. They are a scam site. I am working with paypal now to try to get my money back. STAY AWAY from these a holes.
