I would even give less. I ordered a shirt as a birthday present and it arrived 7 days later. Therefore I want to send it back. The quality wasn‘t defined in the description but it’s pure synthetic. They ask constantly question but do not progress. It should actually be a legal case because in their policy they guaranty refund. Would never ever order again and want to protect others with this review. Sad story.

Product descriptions are misleading. Quality of product is substandard. There are multiple hurdles imposed by the company despite its 30 day guarantee returns policy. While the product is despatched from the U.K. and the return address on the parcel is in the U.K. the company requests returns to Los Angeles. The prohibitively high cost of a return designed to thwart returns. The company does not comply with online sales law and regulations in the U.K. in my considered opinion. In my opinion DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Comfortable and stylish dress for day or evening. Soft material that stays fresh.

Google the company name for real Trustpilot reviews. Poor quality materials, incorrect sizing, poor customer service, delayed delivery. Will likely only offer you a part refund that is not sent when you experience issues.

Really quick and easy to order - very good service.

The clothes are cheap materials and are not what is advertised in the image. I think they use AI or old/fake photos and the customer service is slow. The phone number doesn’t work, so you can only use the email. If you want to return an item you’ll have to pack and pay for it to be internationally sent back because they are not based in the Uk.

Don't order!!!!

It's a scam. The good reveiws are because they offer a discount if you give a 5 star reveiw, but you have to write it before you recieve your order as it takes a while for you to recieve it. Terrible quality, not as pictured and can not return item as I am being ignored completely now.

Don’t be fooled by the discount offers they give. Their items do not actually come from the places they claim, like London or local stores—they come directly from China.

Proven and tested: the products are imitations and not original. The items may look great in the pictures, but what you actually receive is completely different. They also often send the wrong sizes, and many items don’t even have size tags.

Be very careful when ordering. Most of the time, they don’t offer refunds either.

Such a disappointing and frustrating experience! I’m one of their dissatisfied customers.

I am not sure whether this is a scam, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I would not recommend your website to anyone, and I intend to share my honest review and experience on public forums.

I purchased this dress from your UK website, but you expected me to return it to a warehouse in the USA. The dress cost only £25, yet the return shipping would cost more than the item itself. This is exactly why I requested to cancel my order well before it was delivered.

Unfortunately, my cancellation request was not honored, and the dress arrived only after my event had already passed—around 10–15 days later. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Thank you for this disappointing experience. It has been a lesson for me not to order from unfamiliar websites in the future.

Ordered trousers in dark grey. Delivery took a very long time and the wrong colour arrived.
Tried to ring the number on their contact details. It does not exist. I have checked the Leeds address they give and cannot find it on Google maps or Royal Mail postcode checker. The 'limited' company does not exist on Companies House register.
I have sent email & filled in contact form to arrange a return - they state money back guarantee exists - but have had no response

It was a straightforward and easy purchase. Checkout was easy and the product looks good. I'm excited about thos purchase and hope to stick around
